Orange Creamsicle PIE!!!
Tis is one of my wing it recipes. It's orange cream pie. Whipping cream, cream cheese, orange flavored/stevia sweetened jello, a cutie mandarin, yogurt, and some sweetener - easy, light and delish.
Orange Creamsicle Pie Recipe - Sweet and Savory Meals

Orange Crumble Topping:
3 ounces box orange-flavored Jell-o
1 cup all-purpose flour (divided)
1/2 cup unsalted butter (cold and divided)
1/2 cup white granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Orange Pie Filling:
1 cup heavy whipping cream very cold
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk
8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
2 cups orange jam (or preserves)
5 drops orange gel food coloring
1 prepared graham cracker pie crust (9 or 10)

I make an orange creamsicle pie...a graham cracker crust, topped with cream cheese filling, then orange cream, then more cream cheese filling. My first time making a creamsicle pie. It's a great choice to take to a family reunion or a potluck.

For BEST RESULTS...
Place in coldest section of refrigerator (or Freeze) for at least 3 Hours ( I prefer to freeze mine)
Remove from freezer to refrigerator 1 hour before serving.
10-inch Graham Cracker Crust:
1 1/2 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs, about 12 crackers
1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
6 TBSP Melted Butter
PIE FILLING:
8 ounces Softened Cream Cheese
14 ounce can Sweetened Condensed Milk
6 ounces Orange Juice Concentrate, thawed
1 Tsp Orange Zest
1 Cup Non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
