How To make Crazy Cake

Chocolate cake without eggs, milk, butter-one pan cake

This chocolate cake requires No Eggs, Milk, Butter, Bowls or Mixers! Super moist and delicious. Go-to recipe for egg/dairy allergies. Great activity to do with kids during lockdowns.
This Cake is also called crazy wacky cake.

Ingredients

1 1/2 Cups flour (all-purpose)

3 Tbsp. cocoa (unsweetened)

3/4 Cup sugar

1 tsp. baking soda

1/2 tsp.  salt

1 tsp. white vinegar

1 tsp. vanilla extract

5 Tbsp. vegetable oil

1 Cup water


Method
Mix first 5 dry ingredients in a greased 8″ square baking pan.  Make 3 depressions in dry ingredients. Pour vinegar in one depression, vanilla in the other and the vegetable oil in third depression. Pour water over all. Mix well until smooth.
Bake for 35 minutes (350F)
Use frosting of your choice I made quick 1 minute chocolates ganache.

Форма 22 см
Стакан 250 мл
Рецепт:
Тесто:
240 гр мука ( 1 1/2 стакана )
200 гр сахар ( 1 стакан )
10 гр ванильный сахар
10 гр разрыхлитель
80 гр раст.масло ( 0,5 стакана )
50 гр какао ( 0,5 стакана )
250 мл кипяток ( 1 стакан )
1 ч.л растворимый кофе
Глазурь:
150 гр шоколад ( у меня 70% )
100 гр жирные сливки ( у меня 38 % )
1. В миске соединить все сухие компоненты и влить раст.масло и горячий кофе. Все размешать до однородности. Тесто выложить в форму. Предварительно дно и бока формы выстелить пекарской бумагой. Выпекать бисквит в заранее разогретой на 180 градусов режим верх-низ духовке 35-40 минут. Готовность проверить на сухую зубочистку.
2. Дать бисквиту полностью остыть в форме. Верх остывшего бисквита смазать глазурью. Для глазури залить кусочки шоколада горячими сливками и размешать все до однородности. Приятного чаепития!

1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp vegetable oil
