Ingredients:
French Bread 1 lb Crawfish Tails 1/2 of Yellow Onion 3 stalks of Green Onion 1/2 of Green Bell Pepper 1/2 of Red Bell Pepper Fresh Parsley 1 tablespoon of Minced Garlic 1 cup of Mozzarella Cheese 1 cup of Parmesan Cheese Cheddar Cheese 1/4 cup of Mayo 1 stick of Butter Creole Seasoning Garlic Powder Onion Powder Cayenne Pepper Black Pepper
Instructions:
1. Dice 1/2 of yellow onion. 2. Dice 3 stalks of green onion. 3. Dice 1/2 of green bell pepper. 4. Dice 1/2 of red bell pepper. 5. Shred cheeses. 6. Slice French bread in half and cut down the middle. Remove a little bit of bread to make a pocket for the crawfish mixture. 7. In a skillet, melt 1 stick of butter. Sauté veggies for 5 mins or until translucent. 8. Add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic. 9. Add crawfish. Season to taste with creole seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and black pepper. 10. Add 1/2 cap of shrimp and crab boil. 11. Remove from heat. 12. Add 1 cup of parmesan cheese and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese. Mix. 13. Add 1/4 cup of mayo. Mix 14. Add crawfish mixture to bread, top with parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and fresh parsley. 15. Bake at 350 for 10-15 mins 16. Enjoy.
