Ingredients: 2lb bag Shredded Potatoes, thawed 1/2 cup melted butter 8oz sour cream 2 c. shredded cheese 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp black pepper 1 - 10oz can cream of onion soup
Directions: In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients except potatoes and cheese. Give it a good mix, then stir in the potatoes and cheese. Spread into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350° for 45-55minutes
