How to make Vanilla Chocolate Chip Cupcakes | Easy Cupcake Recipe Tutorial
Want to bake some Chocolate Chip cupcakes? ???? Here's a quick recipe tutorial.
In this tutorial we used the Merrit Mixer from Topserve Ltd to make these cupcakes quickly; however, if you don't have a mixer; you can just use a Whisk to mix or a Cooking Stick to mix the cupcake batter.
If you do try these out, make sure to come back and leave a comment on your results.
Recipe Ingredients:
*A.P. Flour - 180 gms
*Baking powder - 5 gms
*Eggs - 2pcs
*Butter - 100 gms or Margarine
*Sugar - 100gms
*Milk - 100 to 150ml
*Vanilla Essence - 1 teaspoon
*Chocolate chips - 20 gms
N/B: If you use un-salted butter; make sure to add 1/4 teaspoon salt to balance the taste.
Yield: 12 medium sized Cupcakes - 95mm liners
