- 1/2 pound of Imitation Crab or fresh
- Philadelphia Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Spread, 7.5 oz Tub
- 1-3 tablespoons of Mayo
- 1/2 onion & Celery
- 1/2 cup of Monterey Jack & Triple Cheddar
- 1/3 cups of butter

16 oz imitation crab meat
1/2 cup sour cream
1.5 TBSP lemon juice plus zest (We thought it was very lemony... I now leave it out)
1/2 tsp garlic powder or minced garlic
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 cup celery thinly sliced
1/2 cup green onions thinly sliced
4 oz cream cheese softened to room temp
2 TBSP mayo
1.5 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
Bake in a 325* oven for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned
