Full recipe for Cheese chilli garlic cones

Serves- 4
Ingredients:
• Onions ½ cup (chopped)
• Capsicum ½ cup (chopped)
• Corn kernels ½ cup
• Green chillies 2 no. (chopped)
• Mint chutney 2 tbsp
• Salt to taste
• Processed cheese 100 gm (grated)
• Bread slices as required
For garlic butter
• Melted butter 1/4th cup
• Garlic 2 tbsp (chopped)
• Oregano 1 tsp
• Chilli flakes 1 tsp
Method:
• In a mixing bowl add all the chopped vegetables, mint chutney, salt and grated cheese, mix well all the ingredients.
• Take a bread slice, trim off the edges and cut into triangles.
• Flatten the triangle bread slice with a help of a rolling pin. Apply water on the edges to seal & shape into cones.
• Stuff the cone with cheese chilli garlic mixture, set it on a baking tray and brush the cones layer with freshly prepared garlic butter.
• Bake at 180°C for 8 -10 minutes.
• Serve hot and crunchy with green chutney or sauce of your preference.

Ingredients:
½ Cup Boil Corn
½ Cup Capsicum
¼ Tsp aamchur powder
½ Cup Processed Cheese
¼ Tsp Salt
Bread slice
Butter
For Green Chutney
1 Cup Coriander Leaves
4 Green Chillies
2 tbsp Peanuts
¼ Tsp Aamchur Powder
¼ Tsp Salt
¼ Cup Water
Method:
For green chutney:
Take 1 cup of coriander leaves, 4 green chillies, 2 tbsp peanuts, ¼ tsp aamchur powder, ¼ cup of water & ¼ tsp salt. Blend it well.

In a bowl add ½ cup of boiled corn, ½ cup of capsicum, ½ cup of processed cheese, ¼ tsp aamchur powder, ¼ tsp salt & 4 tbsp green chutney. Merge it properly.

Apply butter & green chutney on bread slice. Place portion of stuffing & spread it evenly.

Sandwich it using another bread slice & apply butter over it.

Fry until it turns golden brown in color from both sides.

Serve hot with your favourite chutney or sauce.

To Make Vegetable Cheese Toasties
Bread Slices
Unsalted Butter - 100 Gms
Garlic - 6 Cloves
Mozzarella Cheese - 200 Gms
Sweet Corn - 1 Cup
Red Capsicum - 1 Cup
Green Capsicum - 1 Cup
Onion - 1 No.
Green Chilli - 2 Nos
Salt - 1/2 Tsp
Pepper - 1 Tsp
Italian Seasoning - 1 Tsp
Red Chilli Flakes - 1 1/2 Tsp
Coriander Leaves
Method:
1. For the garlic butter, take some butter in a bowl. Add the grated garlic, chilli flakes and salt. Mix it all well.
2. For the filling, take the cooked sweet corn, chopped red capsicum, green capsicum, onions, green chillies and finely chopped garlic in a large bowl.
3. Add in salt, pepper powder, Italian seasoning, red chilli flakes, grated mozarella cheese, chopped coriander leaves and mix it all well. Keep this mixture aside.
4. For making the sandwich, take two bread slices and apply the garlic butter on one side of them both.
5. Now put some filling on only one bread and spread it. Cover it with the other bread slice.
6. Apply butter to a pan and place the prepared sandwiches.
7. Cover the pan with a lid and toast the sandwiches on a medium low flame.
8. Once they are toasted well on one side, flip them to the other side and toast until they are crunchily golden.
9. Remove them from the pan and cut them into half as desired to serve with some tomato ketchup by the side.
Veg cheese toasties are full of amazing flavors from Mozarella cheese, Italian seasoning, chilli flakes and some veggies. These are very simple sandwiches which can be made within minutes. Chilli cheese toast
Serves 2 to 4

Course : snacks / tea snacks
Ingredients
1 nos capsicum chopped
1 nos deseeded tomato chopped
4-6 nos bread slices
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 cup processed cheese
1 Tsp green chillies chopped
1 Tsp chilli flakes
1/4 Tsp salt
1/4 Tsp black pepper crushed
1 cup chopped onion
1 tbsp cream
1 tbsp chopped coriander
1 tbsp butter
Method
In a clean and sanitised bowl add chopped caspicum, tomato, green chillies chopped, chilly flakes, salt and pepper, chopped onion, both the cheese, cream and chopped coriander and make a smooth mixture
Toast the bread on both sides. Apply butter
Spread the cheese mixture on one side of the slice
You can toast this in a preheated oven till the cheese is melted and the sides get brown.
Alternatively you can place the bread slices on tawa at medium heat, sprinkle some water on one side of the tawa to create steam, this will enable it to melt the cheese.
Add butter to make it crisp.
Serve hot.

Chilli Cheese Toast
The use of two varieties of cheese in just the right proportions and a sprinkling of mustard powder along with the chilli flakes makes this version of Chilli Cheese Toast very special. Adding a little milk to the cheese ensures it coats the bread well and doesn’t dry up while baking. However, make sure you serve this baked Chilli Cheese Toast as soon as you prepare it, to relish its fresh flavour, strong aroma of toasted spices and ideal texture.
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Baking Time: 20 minutes
Baking Temperature: 200°C (400 °F)
Makes 8 toasts
Ingredients
4 bread slices
2 tsp butter
1/2 cup grated mozzrella cheese
1/2 cup grated processed cheese
2 tbsp milk
a pinch of salt
1/4 tsp mustard (rai / sarson) powder
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
Method
1. Apply ½ tsp of butter on each bread slice and grill them lightly in a pre-heated oven
at 200oc (400 of) for 5 to 7 minutes or till the bread turns brown and crisp on top.
Keep aside.
2. Meanwhile, combine the mozzarella cheese, processed cheese and milk and
mix well.
3. Add the salt, mustard powder, chilli flakes and green chillies, mix well and
keep aside.
How to proceed
1. Place 1 slice of toasted bread on a flat dry surface with the browned side facing down
2. Apply 1/4th of the prepared topping on the toasted bread and spread it evenly using
a butter knife.
3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 to make 3 more toasts.
4. Grill in a pre-heated oven at 200oc (400 of) for 8 to 10 minutes, till they turn
golden brown in colour on top.
5. Cut each chilli cheese toast diagonally into 4 equal pieces and serve immediately.
