Perfect for a ham dinner for one or two. And ideal for using cold or hot in endless recipes.
As long as the package says “fully-cooked” you can use these hams for sandwiches, wraps or salads.
Or cook with it - casseroles, egg dishes, pizza, fried rice, soups, pasta, etc
As for baking the whole ham, here are three tips to avoid drying it out.
1. Use low heat - 325F/160C 2. Cover with lid or foil 3. Use a glaze and baste it halfway
