RECIPE
2 Cups Coffee
2 Cups Cabernet Sauvignon (Merlot or Pino Noir will work too)
4 Cups Beef Stock or Bone Broth
2.5lb Chuck Roast, Cubed
5 Cloves Garlic
5 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 Egg Yolk per Serving
1 Tbsp Butter
1) Place a 5-7 quart stock pot over medium high heat and add your butter and half of your cubed beef. We want to sear one side of the beef for about 5 minutes to get it deeply browned and to form a fond.
2) Pour all of you wine in and bring to a boil until the smell of alcohol has dissipated. Once the alcohol is gone, add in your garlic, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, and 4 tsp of your salt (reserve 1 tsp to keep from over seasoning). Bring this to a boil and then reduce to a simmer for 2 hours.
3) After to or so hours, the meat should be fall apart tender. Ladle this up and add in one raw egg yolk per serving.
Coffee Pot Roast | Keto Savage Kitchen
This recipe is about as simple as it gets...So simple that I feel bad even claiming to be a cook when I make it. In all honesty, the Instant Pot did all the work. However, the easier the recipe, the more likely you'll make it rather than going for fast food! This dish is incredibly tasty and packed full of nutrition. You can modify the seasonings and the ingredients to your likings but I personally like to keep it pretty simple.

Coffee Rubbed Pork Belly Pot Roast | Easter Special
There is nothing as fine as a piece of Slow Roast Pork Belly with a coffee paprika rub paired with a roasting pan gravy — it is comfort food heaven!
Whilst this recipe takes a while most of the time you can kick back and drink in the aroma of your dinner easing its way to perfection. Ain’t catering to an Easter fare about this ????????
While we will roast any big old hunk of meat, anything from a whole duck to roast chicken.
Add a slathering of gravy and we are in heaven!
One of my favourites is Slow Roast Pork Belly, it has the perfect ratio of fat to meat.
Which when slow roast leads to just the juiciest pieces of meat and always seems to have the perfect crispy rub on top!
In a hushed voice, I will add that I usually use a slice of bread to mop up the gravy at the end of the meal. Is that just me?
