4 Coriander seeds
1/4 ts Vanilla extract
3 c Vodka
1/2 c Brandy
Add all ingredients together and steep for 3-4 weeks. Turn jar every few days. The coconut tends to be porous and absorbs the alcohol so be sure to thoroughly strain and filter the mixture to yield the largest amount. Natural coconut may also be used, but tends to be watery and requires more coconut. Yield: 3 cups Container: Wide mouth jar

2 oz or 2 shots coconut-flavored rum, preferably Malibu, or clear creme de cacao
2 oz or 2 shots milk
1 oz or 1 shot dark rum
1 oz or 1 shot cherry liqueur
Roughly ¼ cup ice cubes, plus more as needed

0:11 Fill up ⅓ of your chosen glass with ice.
0:19 Fill your shaker with ice then add all your liqueurs and milk. Leave out the cherry liqueur.
0:51 Shake vigorously, then strain into your glass.
1:04 Add the cherry liqueur just before serving. This will be the fake “blood” that gives the drink its name. Note that this effect disappears very quickly.

How to make coconut liqueur Malibu
Malibu liqueur
Ingredients
Coconut flakes - 160 g
Vodka - 0,5 L
Vanilla sugar - a pinch of it
condensed milk - 1 can
Water - 200 Ml
Cooking process
Fill up the jar with flakes and alcohol, let it infuse for 7 days at room temperature, mixing it from time to time.
Afterwards filter it through 2-4 layered cheese cloth, add condensed milk, vanilla sugar and water. Mis it well and leave it for 3-4 days in the fridge.
Eliturate it, so that the coconut fat settle down on the bottom and wallside of the jar. Leave it for another 7 days at room temperature and then repeat the elituration using the siphon pipe.
To get it ready just let it infuse 7 more days.
Homemade Malibu has rich coconut smell and taste with tender flavour of condensed milk. It goes well with cocktails and in pure form.
