How To make Coconut Creamy Bon Bons
1/2 lb Butter or margerine
15 oz Eagle-brand milk (1 can)
8 c Powdered sugar
14 oz Flaked coconut
1 1/2 ts Vanilla
6 oz Semi-sweet dipping chocolate
Mix all but chocolate together and shape into balls about the size of a hickory nut. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Melt dipping chocolate in top of double boiler with hot water in the bottom pan. This may require more than 6 oz of chocolate. Dip balls into chocolate and turn out onto wax paper-covered cookie sheet. Store in a cool dry place. Makes enough to fill a 1-pound tin. Source: Newspaper, Newsletter July'89

INGREDIENTS:
1½ Cup (135g) Desiccated Coconut
½ Cup (160ml) Condensed Milk
About 15 Hazelnuts or Almonds
METHOD:
1. Mix 1 cup coconut and condensed milk together until combined.
2. Coat a hazelnut in this mixture and roll into a ball. Continue until you have used all the mixture.
3. Roll each ball in the remaining coconut and chill in the fridge before serving.
4. Enjoy!

HOLIDAY GOODIES - COCONUT BONBONS!
Hi! Today I am sharing how to make yummy Coconut Bonbons! These are so delicious and addicting! These are a Holiday staple in our Family! Let me know if you make it and how you like it!
Ingredients:
2 2/3 Cup (7 ounces) Flaked Coconut
1/2 Cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
2/3 Cup Confectioners Sugar
1/4 Cup Sliced Almonds (finely chopped)
2 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter (at room temperature)
1/4 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
8 ounces Semi-Sweet Chocolate (coarsely chopped)
1 Tbsp. Oil
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the Coconut, Condensed Milk, Confectioners Sugar, Almonds, Butter and Vanilla. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Remove from refrigerator and form into balls about the size of a pecan. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. Melt Semi-Sweet Chocolate and Oil over low heat or you can use a double boiler. Dip balls in melted chocolate. Refrigerate until firm. Enjoy! Store in air tight container.
