------------------------------------------
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup of coconut butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons of unsweetened coconut flakes
- 150g of 86% dark chocolate, chopped
Directions
1. In a small bowl, mix together coconut butter and coconut flakes. Reserve.
2. Then, in a double boiler, melt 2/3 (100g) of the dark chocolate. Once melted, take it out of the heat and add the remaining chocolate, stirring constantly until everything is melted.
3. Get your bonbon mold (you can use ice cubes mold too), and pour around 2 tablespoons of the melted chocolate in each cavity. Then move the mold gently around to cover all sides of the cavity with chocolate.
4. Now put it in the fridge for 5 minutes. ⏰
5. Take it out of the fridge and add 1 teaspoon of our coconut filling to each bonbon. Next let's cover with another tablespoon of melted dark chocolate, sealing its surface.
6. Bring it back to the fridge and refrigerate for more 10 minutes. ⏰
7. Once ready, gently twist the mold to release the chocolates, which can also be done by gently turning it upside down and tapping them out.
8. It's DONE! ????

4 BAHAN JE! No Bake Caramel Coconut Candy Bon Bon (Bala Baiana) | basickeli
Gula gula kelapa ni lah resepi pertama Ely buat meniaga dulu
Ely tunjukkan dua cara; satu cara yang Ely buat dulu - dulu, waktu kecik-kecik meniaga dulu (waktu tu baru je 10-11 tahun tau)
Pernah cuba tak resepi coconut bon bon tu?
Selamat mencuba!
