►1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour measured correctly
►1 cup granulated sugar
►1/3 cup natural unsweetened cocoa
►1 tsp baking soda
►1/2 tsp salt
►1 cup warm coffee or 8 fluid oz
►1 Tbsp white distilled vinegar
►1/3 cup olive oil or vegetable oil
►1 large egg room temperature
►2 tsp vanilla extract

Chocolate Cupcakes Recipe | How to Make Chocolate Cupcakes

12-14 cupcakes
For the cupcakes:
1 cup (125g) All-purpose flour
1/3 cup (40g) Cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
1 large Egg
1 cup (200g) Sugar
1/2 cup (120ml) Buttermilk
1/3 cup (80ml) Vegetable oil
1/2 cup (120ml) Coffee
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
For the frosting:
1/2 cup (115g) Butter, softened
1/3 cup (40g) Cocoa powder
1¾ cups (220g) Powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1-2 tablespoons heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon Salt
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 12-cup muffin pan with cupcake liners.
2. In a large bowl sift flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. Add sugar, stir and set aside.
3. In a separate bowl whisk all wet ingredients.
4. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and whisk just until combined. don’t overmix.
5. Scoop the batter into cupcake liners. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool completely.
6. Make the buttercream: In a large bowl, beat butter until fluffy. Add cocoa powder and. beat until combined. Beat in powdered sugar, one cup at a time, beating in between. Add vanilla extract, heavy cream and beat until incorporated. Transfer to a piping bag, pipe onto the cupcakes.
7. Sprinkle some chocolate sprinkles.

Ingredients:
All Purpose Flour- 1.5 Cups ( 190 g)
CoCoa powder- 1/3 Cup ( 40g)
Sugar- 1 Cup ( 200 g)
Baking Powder-1 Teaspoon
Baking Soda- 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt- 1/4 TSP
Egg - 2 ( At room temperature)
Oil-1/4 Cup (60 ml)
Butter Milk - 1 Cup ( 250 ML)
Butter Milk Substitute:
Milk- 1 Cup (250 ml)
Lemon juice/ Vinegar- 1 Tablespoon
Mix and let it rest for 5- 10 minutes
Baking:
Bake it in a preheated (10 minutes) oven at 180C for 15-20 minutes.

Eggless Chocolate Cupcakes.
Cupcake without egg / Cupcake without Milk / Cupcake without Butter.
These SIMPLE VEGAN CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES are super moist and easy to make. These cupcakes are perfect for breakfast, afternoon tea or any time of the day.
Makes 12 cupcakes.

✅ Ingredients:
3/4 cup (150 g) Superfine (granulated) Sugar
1+3/4 cup (245 g) All-Purpose Flour
1/4 cup (30 g) Cocoa powder
1/4 tsp (1.5 g) Salt
1 tbsp (12 g) Baking Powder
1+1/4 cup (300 ml) Warm Water (100-110 F; 38-43 C)
1/2 cup (120 ml) Vegetable oil
* It is very important to PREHEAT the oven. Bake when oven reaches the right temperature.
* All oven are not the same. Please adjust cooking time accordingly. If toothpick inserted in middle of cake comes out clean, cake is done.
* Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients until JUST combined and dry flour is no longer visible. Do not overmix the batter or the cake will be dense.
