4 Eggs - hard cooked 3 oz Cream cheese 1 tb Worcestershire sauce 1 tb Curry powder 1 ds Cayenne pepper 3 ds Tabasco sauce 1/4 ts Celery seeds 2 tb Mayonnaise Salt Black pepper, ground 4 tb Chutney - chopped fine Mash eggs with cheese. Add other ingredients, adding chutney last. Chill. Serve as a dip. This keeps well in the refrigerator for several weeks. Ingredients:
2 cups coriander leaves - chopped 1 cup mint leaves - chopped 2 tbsp lemon juice 10 - 12 green chillies salt to taste water as desired small piece of ginger 1 tsp cumin seeds 6 - 8 garlic pods 2 tbsp yogurt 3 tbsp fried boondi
Method:
- Wash and rinse the coriander and mint leaves. - In a blender, add the coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies, lime juice, ginger, garlic pods, cumin seeds and little water and grind to a smooth paste. - Once done, add the yogurt and the fried boondi ad blend the ingredients well for some time. - Add some salt and mix well. - The fresh 'Coriander Green Chutney' is ready.

## Ingredients ##
1 medium brown/white onion chopped fine 4 tablespoons tomato ketchup 1 tablespoon white vinegar 1 tablespoon sugar 1 tablespoon water 1 teaspoon mint sauce 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon red colouring
## Method ##
1. Mix all the ingredients apart from the onion together and stir well. 2. Chop the onion up very finely and add as much as you need to the sauce 3. Allow to marinate for a few hours (making a day in advance is best) then stir to ensure all the sugar has dissolved and enjoy
