These taste creamy but not too sweet, and even better drizzled with chocolate and nuts!
Ingredients
- 4oz cream cheese - 2 tbsp white sugar - 1/4 tsp vanilla extract - 1/2 cup whole milk (may be substituted) - 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Start by creaming together the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Do not skip this step! It’s essential to a smooth result.
2. Once smooth, add the milk and vanilla extract and whisk until there are no more lumps.
3. Lastly, add the chocolate chips and fold together.
4. Pour the batter into popsicle molds and freeze at least 4 hours until firm. When ready, steep the molds in warm water to loosen the popsicles.
