How To make Chocolate Strawberry Shortcake
2 1/2 c All-purpose flour
1/2 c Granulated sugar
1/3 c Unsweetened cocoa powder
2 1/2 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 c Butter
1 1/4 c Whipping cream
1 ts Vanilla
1 Egg; beaten
16 oz Ricotta cheese
1/3 c Granulated sugar
1 ts Vanilla
1/2 c Semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 pt Fresh strawberries; sliced
In a medium mixing bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. With a pastry blender, cut in the butter until mixture resembles cornmeal. In another bowl, combine cream, vanilla and beaten egg. Add all at once to flour mixture, stirring until just moistened. (Mixture will be stiff.) Spread mixture in two greased 8-or 9-inch round cake pans. Bake at 425F for 10-12 minutes, or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Immediately turn out layers onto wire racks to cool. Stir together ricotta cheese, sugar, vanilla and chocolate chips. Place one cake layer on a serving plate. Spread half the ricotta filling over. Top with remaining cake layer and remaining filling. Top with sliced strawberries. -----

???? The ingredients to make strawberry cream cake
Chiffon Cake: 2 8” pans (Do not use non-stick pans)
[In Bowl]
• Yolk 6 large eggs
• Granulated sugar 2 oz | 56 g
• Salt 1/2 tsp
• Milk 3 oz | 85 g
• Oil 2 oz | 56 g
• Vanilla extract 1/2 tsp
• Cake flour 4 oz | 113 g
[Meringue]
• Egg white 6 large eggs
• Granulated sugar 2 oz | 56 g
???? Bake 300 F | 149 C with a water bath for 25-30 minutes
(It was 28 minutes with my oven!)
* Adjust the time & temperature accordingly.
Fillings:
• Fresh strawberries: about 10 medium-sized strawberries
• Strawberry jam 3.5 oz | 100 g
????Strawberry jam
• Fresh Strawberries: 15.9 oz | 450 g (1 pound)
• Granulated Sugar: 7.9 oz | 225 g
• Lemon juice: 1.5-3 Tbsp ( I added 1.5 Tbsp today.)
* I made one batch of the recipe in the video and stored the rest! Make less amount as you like.
Whipped Cream:
• Heavy cream 14 oz | 396 g
• Granulated sugar 1 oz | 30 g
Decoration:
• Some fresh strawberries (or use whatever you like!)

Strawberry Cake. White Chocolate Whipped Cream
Hi there! This week recipe is a simple yet delicious strawberry cake with white chocolate whipped cream. You can find the ingredients below (for 14cm final cake)
For the sponge cake (16cm round pan)
2 eggs
55g sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
50g cake flour
15g butter and 15g milk, keep warm
White chocolate whipped cream
90g white chocolate (couverture chocolate)
300ml heavy cream
15g powdered sugar
1 tbsp Kirsch (optional but it makes the cream much better)
Sugar syrup
50ml warm water
15g sugar
15ml Kirsch (optional)
mix to dissolve sugar and let it cool down completely before using
Strawberries about 400g

Cake Recipe:
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup natural unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 large eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup hot water (I used 1 cup of Hot Black Coffee instead)
1. Prepare three 8 inch cake pans with parchment paper circles in the bottom, and grease the sides. Preheat oven to 300°F (148°C).
2. Add all dry ingredients to a large bowl and whisk together.
3. Add eggs, buttermilk and vegetable oil to the dry ingredients and mix well.
4. Add vanilla to boiling water (or boiling coffee) and add to mixture. Mix well.
5. Divide batter evenly between cakes pans and bake for 30-33 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few crumbs.
6. Remove cakes from oven and allow to cool for about 10 minutes, then remove to cooling racks to cool completely.

Whipped Cream Recipe:
Ingredients
3 Cups Heavy whipping cream
3/4 Cup Powdered sugar
2 tsp Vanilla extract
1 Tbsp Gelatin Or 1 packet
3 Tbsp Water
1. In a small bowl, bloom the gelatin with the water. Heat for about 10 sec in the microwave to melt. Set aside briefly. Add a couple tablespoons of cream in and mix well.
2. In a mixing bowl, add the rest of the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Whip on medium speed until soft peaks form. At this point continue to whip while streaming in the gelatin.
3. Continue on medium speed and whip until stiff peaks form.
4. Immediately use or store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

Strawberry Crunch Chocolate Covered Strawberries!!
Hey everyone here’s another option to dip strawberries!
Here’s what you need
Pint of Strawberries (WASHED AND DRIED)
6oz melted chocolate or candy melts
12 Golden Oreos leave the icing inside the cookies
3 Tablespoons Strawberry Jello
3 Tablespoons French Vanilla Pudding
4 Tablespoons melted butter divided
Mini cupcake cups
Toothpicks (optional)
1. Crush Oreos with icing inside until fine.
2. Split Oreos into two separate bowls, add jello into one bowl and then add pudding into another.
3. Mix Gelatin throughly into Oreos then slowly add butter! Mixing until it looks like wet sand!
Then do the same in the other bowl with the pudding.
Combine the two and set aside.
4. Melt chocolate either in a double boiler or microwave! If you need to add some oil to thin your chocolate then add a little at a time.
5. Insert picks into Strawberries at the stem or hold the stem and dip Strawberries into the chocolate and shake off excess chocolate! Then dip into crumble and cover chocolate into chocolate.
6. Sit Strawberries into the mini cupcake liners to dry!
