How To make Chocolate Sticks
2 Squares bitter chocolate
1/2 c Butter
1 c Sugar
2 Eggs
1/4 ts Salt
1/2 ts Vanilla
1/2 c Flour
1/2 c Chopped nut meats (pecans or
-walnuts) MELT CHOCOLATE with butter and add a cup of sugar. Stir well. Stir in the eggs, first the yolks and then the whites which have been beaten with the 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Add vanilla, half a cup of flour and fold nut meats
through. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes, or until done. Cut into slim rectangular sticks.

INGREDIENTS:
• 1 Tbsp Cranberry (क्रैनबेरी) – OPTIONAL
• 1 Cup All Purpose Flour (मैदा)
• ¼ Cup Powdered Sugar (पीसी हुई चीनी)
• ¼ Cup Butter (मक्खन)
• ½ Tsp Baking Powder (बेकिंग पाउडर)
• 3-4 Tsp Milk (दूध)
• 80-100 gm White Compound (वाइट कंपाउंड)
• 2-3 Drops Red Chocolate/Candy Color (लाल चॉकलेट/कैंडी रंग)

TODAY'S RECIPE IS Delicious Chocolate Stick the perfect treat to make at home | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
All purpose flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Powder sugar 1/4 cup
Mix well
One egg ( substitute milk 3-4 tbsp)
Melted butter 1/4 cup
Vanilla 1 tsp
Mix well
Place a stand
Heat the pan for 5 mins on medium flame
After 5 mins place the tray
Cook it on medium low flame for 15-25 mins
Let it cool down
Chocolate 1 cup
Melt the chocolate
Coat well
Transfer into a baking paper
Keep it in the fridge for 5 mins
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
