GARNISH:
Whipped cream; -OR- Mini marshmallows Carefully melt the chocolate over very low heat, or in the top of a double boiler over simmering water. Add the spices and the milk and stir to mix well. - 150 gramos de chocolate negro
- 150 gramos de chocolate con leche
- 150 gramos de chocolate blanco
- 6 cucharadas de azúcar (2 por cada capa)
- 1500 mililitros de leche (medio litro por cada capa)
- 5 sobres de cuajada en polvo (2 cuharadas generosas por cada capa)
Para la base:
- 300 gramos de galletas
- 60 gramos de mantequilla
- 1 chorrito de leche
Esta tarta de textura suave es perfecta para cumpleaños y ocasiones especiales.
???? CONSEJOS:
● Para que las capas de la tarta tres chocolates se peguen bien y no queden sueltas, ralla la capa ligeramente con un tenedor antes de añadir la siguiente capa.
● Para evitar que se rompan las capas y se mezclen, vierte el chocolate suavemente sobre el dorso de un cucharón en lugar de caer directamente sobre la capa.

These SIMPLE VEGAN CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES are super moist and easy to make. These cupcakes are perfect for breakfast, afternoon tea or any time of the day.
Makes 12 cupcakes.

✅ Ingredients:
3/4 cup (150 g) Superfine (granulated) Sugar
1+3/4 cup (245 g) All-Purpose Flour
1/4 cup (30 g) Cocoa powder
1/4 tsp (1.5 g) Salt
1 tbsp (12 g) Baking Powder
1+1/4 cup (300 ml) Warm Water (100-110 F; 38-43 C)
1/2 cup (120 ml) Vegetable oil
* It is very important to PREHEAT the oven. Bake when oven reaches the right temperature.
* All oven are not the same. Please adjust cooking time accordingly. If toothpick inserted in middle of cake comes out clean, cake is done.
* Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients until JUST combined and dry flour is no longer visible. Do not overmix the batter or the cake will be dense.

Flourless Moist Chocolate Cake / Gluten Free / No Flour
Flourless Chocolate Cake (pan size 38 x 26 cm or 15 x 10 in)
1 cup = 240ml; 1 tbsp = 15ml; 1 tsp = 5ml
120g dark chocolate (1 cup)
30g unsalted butter (2 tbsp)
30ml milk (2 tbsp)
4 egg whites
a pinch of salt
50g sugar (4 tbsp)
4 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla extract (5ml)
Bake at 170C for about 20 minutes
Chocolate Cream Filling
150g dak chocolate (1 cup + 2 tbsp chopped chocolate)
90g heavy cream (1/3 cup)
300g cold heavy cream (1 1/4 cup)
30g sugar (2.5 tbsp)
Cocoa Syrup
75ml hot water (1/3 cup)
1 tbsp cocoa powder (7g)
2 tbsp sugar (25g)
Mix to dissolve and let it cool down completely
Chocolate Glaze
50g cocoa powder (1/2 cup)
115g sugar (1/2 cup + 1 tbsp)
85ml water (1/3 cup)
85g heavy cream (1/3 cup)
1 tbsp gelatine powder (9g)
3 tbsp cold water to bloom gelatine (45ml)
