An amateur attempt at creating a chocolate mousse dome!
p.s.1 After all, kiwi is not the best choice because it gets soggy and wets the sponge base... or perhaps I just don't know how to treat it right!
P.s. 2 I forgot to wipe the steam at the bottom of the Bain-Marie bowl and damaged two domes... silly.
