Chocolate Cake:
Ingredients for Butter Milk:
Warm milk 1 ½ cup
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Ingredients for Chocolate Sponge:
All-purpose flour (sifted) 1 ½ cup
Granulated sugar 1 ½ cup
Unsweetened cocoa powder 3/4 cup
Baking soda 1/2 tbsp
Baking powder 3/4 tsp
Salt 3/4 tsp
Eggs 2
Water 1/2 cup
Butter milk 3/4 cup
Oil 1/4 cup
Vanilla extract 1 tsp
Butter (for greasing)
Butter paper as required
Ingredients for Chocolate Cream Mixture:
Whipping cream (to microwave) 1/2 cup
Milk chocolate (crushed) 150 g
Whipping cream (for whipping) 1 ½ cup
Ingredients for Chocolate Frosting:
Heavy whipping cream 1 ½ cup
Milk chocolate 350 g
Ingredients for Assembling:
Chocolate Syrup as required
Chocolate Fudge Cake
Chocolate mousse
Chocolate frosting
Chocolate shavings (for decoration) as required
Directions for Butter Milk Preparation:
In a small bowl, add warm milk and lemon juice. Whisk vigorously for 1 minutes and set aside for 15-20 minutes or until used.
Note: Whisk again before using.
Directions for Chocolate Sponge Preparation:
In a bowl, add all the dry ingredients flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt and whisk until well combined.
Now add all the wet ingredients eggs, butter milk, oil, water, vanilla extract and mix well until well incorporated.
Grease a cake mold and place a butter paper in the base. Pour the prepared cake batter and bake it in a pre-heated oven at 120 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
Note: prick a toothpick in the center of the cake and check if it comes out clean, your cake is ready or else bake it for another 10-15 minutes.
Take it out of the mold and cool it down on a cooling rack at room temperature
Directions for Chocolate Cream Mixture Preparation:
Add whipping cream in a bowl and microwave it for 2 minutes. Add crushed milk chocolate in it and let sit for 2 minutes. Then mix it well, your ganache is ready.
In another bowl, add whipping cream and whip it until soft peaks are formed.
Add your prepared ganache into your whipped cream and whip again until well incorporated. Set aside.
Directions for Chocolate Frosting Preparation:
Now microwave heavy whipping cream in a bowl for 2 minutes. Add milk chocolate in it and let sit for 2 minutes. Mix well until well incorporated and refrigerate it for 2 hours.
Take it out of the refrigerator and beat it with electric beater until thick creamy texture is formed. Set aside.
Directions for Assembling:
Cut the top of the cake. Then cut from between the cake to form discs.
Shower the sponge with sugar syrup.
Spread chocolate cream mixture on top of one cake disc. Place another cake disc on top, pour sugar syrup and spread chocolate cream mixture and then again place another sponge disc on top.
Spread frosting on sides and top of your cake forming nice and neat shape.
Decorate it as desired. Your Chocolate Sponge Cake is Ready.

Ingredients
Base
✨6-7 pieces Britannia chocolate cake
✨1 tbsp espresso shot ( 1 tbsp water + 1/2 tsp coffee powder)
Mousse filling
✨3/4cup dark chocolate chips
✨1/4 cup fresh cream
✨1/2 cup whipping cream
Ganache topping
✨1/4 cup fresh cream
✨2 tbsp dark chocolate callets
Method
1. Line a 4-inch springform pan with parchment and keep it aside.
2. In a bowl pour hot fresh cream over dark chocolate chips. Mix until the chocolate melts completely and you have a smooth ganache.
3. In another bowl, whip the whipping cream to soft peaks and fold the ganache in it.
4. Place cake pieces in the bottom of the lined pan and make sure it’s all packed nicely. Soak it with the espresso shot
5. Pour the mousse on the top of the cake and flatten it using an offset spatula. Refrigerate it for 2 hours or until the cake sets completely.
6. For the glaze- pour hot cream over the chocolate and make it a liquid ganache.
7. Decorate the mousse cake with the glaze and serve.

To Make Chocolate Bread
Maida - 2 Cups
Cocoa Powder - 1/2 Cup
Baking Powder - 2 Tsp
Baking Soda - 1/2 Tsp
Salt - 1/4 Tsp
Sugar - 3/4 Cup
Vanilla Essence - 1 Tsp
Unsalted Melted Butter - 1/2 Cup
Milk - 3/4 Cup
Chocolate Callets - 1 Cup
Method:
1. Sieve maida, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt into a large bowl. Mix and keep it aside.
2. In another bowl, add sugar, vanilla essence, melted butter, eggs and whisk everything together. Add boiled and cooled milk. Mix it all again.
3. Now gradually add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and slowly mix it all with a whisk or spatula.
4. Add 3/4 cup of chocolate callots to the bread batter and mix well.
5. Grease the tin with butter and transfer the cake batter to it. Gently tap the tin and top it off with the chocolate callets.
6. Pre-heat the oven at 180 degrees centigrade for 15 mins. Place the cake tin in the oven and bake the bread for 50 mins at the same temperature.
7. Cool the bread completely and remove it from the cake tin.
8. Cut the gorgeous Chocolate Bread into slices and serve it with milk or coffee by the side.

Hi Friends, lets bake a chocolate cake! It is super simple recipe, simple ingredients with a great result! The cake is soo airy, fluffy and moist at the same time with rich chocolate taste!
Ingredients:
100 grams of soft unsalted butter
200 grams of white sugar
100 grams of high fat(25%) sour cream
100gr of milk(4% or higher % fat)
2 large eggs
180 grams all purpose flour
40 grams cocoa powder
vanilla sugar(powder)-5 grams or 2 tsp of vanilla extract
10 grams of baking powder
for the chocolate glaze:
130 grams of dark chocolate(I used a mix of milk and dark chocolate)
30 grams of butter
and 2-3 tbsp of milk
Use water bath or microwave to melt chocolate with butter
Bake at 180 C for 40-45 minutes. Butter and flour(or use cocoa powder) for the pan, so that your cake does not stick. Pour the glaze once the cake cools down a bit.
