How To make Chocolate Cinnamon Dessert Nachos
2 T Sugar; granulated - and
1/2 c Sugar; granulated
1/2 t Cinnamon
5 T Butter
6 Tortillas; Flour - 8"
1 c Cream; heavy or whipping
1/3 c Sugar; brown - packed
1 t Vanilla
1 oz Chocolate; unsweetened
- coarsely chopped 1/2 c Pecans - coarsely chopped
Preheat oven to 350F. In small bowl, mix together 2 Tbsp granulated sugar and cinnamon. Melt 4 Tbsp butter. Brush melted butter on both sides of tortillas. Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar on 1 side. Stack tortillas on top of one another, sugared sides up, and cut the stack into 10 to 12 wedges. Place tortilla wedges. Place tortilla wedges, sugared sides up, in a single layer on buttered baking sheets. Bake 12 to 14 minutes or till tortilla wedges are crisp and golden brown. Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, combine cream, remaining 1/2 cup granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Heat to boiling over medium heat, stirring often. Boil 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, till slightly thickened. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Transfer half of mixture to a bowl. Add chocolate and stir till melted. To remaining mixture, stir in remaining 1 Tbsp butter. Let both sauces cool to lukewarm. To assemble nachos, scatter tortilla pieces in single layer over a large serving platter. Drizzle some chocolate sauce and caramel sauce over tortilla and sprinkle about 3 Tbsp nuts on top. Repeat layer until all ingredients are used. Serve immediately.

What You’ll Need:
225g butter, melted
200g caster sugar
225g soft brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tbsp vanilla essence
375g (13 oz) plain flour
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
200g chocolate chips
How You Make It:
Cream the butter with the two sugars with a wooden spoon or an electric beater. Add the eggs individually and beat in. Now the vanilla essence. Fold in the flour, bicarbonate of soda, salt and chocolate chips until nicely incorporated and the mixture is thick but smooth.
Transfer to a lined baking tray and pop in the freezer for an hour or so. Bring out and cut into triangles, pop back on the baking tray and bake for 15 minutes at 190ºC/370ºF.
Load into a serving dish, top with vanilla ice-cream, raspberries and sauces of your choice. Delicious.

Ingredients:
(For chips)
-flour tortillas cut into chip size
-oil at 350°F for frying (I used Rice Oil)
-cinnamon sugar to coat (1C sugar+2 TBSP Cinnamon)
(For choco sauce)
-1/3 C butter
-1/2 C whole milk
-1/3 cup condensed milk
-1 Disc of Mexican chocolate (45grams)
-1 shot of espresso (about 1/4 cup)
Finish with some berries, shaved nut, and lemon zest

It doesn't get much easier than these sweet dessert nachos! Make your own cinnamon sugar chips and top with an easy no bake cheesecake and add whatever other toppings you like, toffee and Caramel are my go to but strawberries and berry sauce would be amazing too!

CHEESECAKE NACHO RECIPE
No Bake Cheesecake topping
8 oz cream cheese
2/3 C sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 C heavy whipping cream
beat the cream cheese and the sugar until smooth, scrapping the sides of the bowl
in a separate bowl beat the whipping cream until stiff peaks form
add the whipped cream to the cream cheese mixture and beat until fully incorporated
refrigerate until ready to use
Cinnamon Sugar tortilla chips
1 C sugar
1 Tbsp cinnamon
10 unbaked tortillas
6 Tbsp melted butter
preheat the oven to 425
mix the sugar and cinnamon together
brush the tortillas with the melted butter and sprinkles with the cinnamon sugar mixture
cut into triangles and place on baking sheet, bake for 8 mins (or until golden brown
Toppings
Caramel sauce
toffee bits
pile the chips onto a platter, drizzle the caramel over the top
pipe the cheesecake mixture onto the chips
sprinkle on the toffee bits!

How to Make Easy Dessert Nachos!
Yes, dessert nachos are a thing AND this is how to make the easiest dessert nachos ever! What's our secret? Using leftover wraps as a hack for the nacho 'chips', gooey melted marshmallows and chocolate. This is the best dessert idea when you need to feed-a-crowd with minimal ingredients, lots of flavour with an epic creative presentation that'll make you look like the pro home chef that you are ????

FULL RECIPE
Serves 24
INGREDIENTS
6 medium-sized tortilla wraps, sliced into small triangles
2 tbsp butter, melted
½ cup granulated sugar
½ tbsp ground cinnamon powder
2 slabs (175g each) NESTLÉ Aero for Baking, broken into the pre-measured blocks
½ cup mini white marshmallows
10 fresh strawberries, quartered
METHOD
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. Brush each side of the tortilla wraps with the butter, stack one on top of the other and slice like a pizza into 8 slices. Combine the cinnamon and sugar, and toss with the tortilla chips until well-coated.
3. Place the tortilla chips on the lined baking tray, taking care not to overlap, and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
4. Turn the oven to grill settings. Make your dipping bowl by filling an ovenproof bowl with 180g (1 full 175g slab plus 1 x 5g block) of the NESTLÉ Aero for Baking chocolate. Arrange the marshmallows on top of the chocolate and place the bowl under the grill for about 3 minutes, until the marshmallows puff up and turn golden. Place the dipping bowl in the centre of a large platter and arrange the nachos and strawberries around the bowl.
5. Melt the remaining chocolate in the microwave in 15-second intervals and drizzle over the nachos and strawberries. Serve and ENJOY!

Dessert Nachos?! Easy Vegan Recipe
Jess tackles the age old question... Why can't we have nachos for dessert? Ingredients and Recipe below:
Preheat oven on Broil (low)
Cut up about 6 vegan flour tortillas into nacho shaped triangles
Spray with Cooking Oil Spray (Trader Joe's makes a coconut oil one that would be tasty)
Broil chips for about 2-4 minutes (Check them constantly!)
Add toppings
Pop it back under the broiler for about 2 more minutes

1 package of flour tortillas
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 cup chocolate chips, melted
1 cup sliced strawberries

1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Whipped cream for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cinnamon Sugar Chips:
Brush both sides of each flour tortilla with melted butter.
In a small bowl, mix granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Sprinkle the mixture over the tortillas.
Cut into Wedges:
Cut the tortillas into wedges (like pizza slices) and arrange them on a baking sheet.
Bake in the Oven:
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the chips are golden and crisp.
Melt Chocolate:
While the chips are baking, melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth.

Drizzle the melted chocolate over the cinnamon sugar chips.
Add Fresh Fruits:
