How To make Chocolate Cinnamon Dessert Nachos
2 T Sugar; granulated - and
1/2 c Sugar; granulated
1/2 t Cinnamon
5 T Butter
6 Tortillas; Flour - 8"
1 c Cream; heavy or whipping
1/3 c Sugar; brown - packed
1 t Vanilla
1 oz Chocolate; unsweetened
- coarsely chopped 1/2 c Pecans - coarsely chopped
Preheat oven to 350F. In small bowl, mix together 2 Tbsp granulated sugar and cinnamon. Melt 4 Tbsp butter. Brush melted butter on both sides of tortillas. Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar on 1 side. Stack tortillas on top of one another, sugared sides up, and cut the stack into 10 to 12 wedges. Place tortilla wedges. Place tortilla wedges, sugared sides up, in a single layer on buttered baking sheets. Bake 12 to 14 minutes or till tortilla wedges are crisp and golden brown. Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, combine cream, remaining 1/2 cup granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Heat to boiling over medium heat, stirring often. Boil 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, till slightly thickened. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Transfer half of mixture to a bowl. Add chocolate and stir till melted. To remaining mixture, stir in remaining 1 Tbsp butter. Let both sauces cool to lukewarm. To assemble nachos, scatter tortilla pieces in single layer over a large serving platter. Drizzle some chocolate sauce and caramel sauce over tortilla and sprinkle about 3 Tbsp nuts on top. Repeat layer until all ingredients are used. Serve immediately.

Ingredients:
3 Rhodes Thaw Rise and Bake Dinner Rolls, dough thawed
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
6-7 large strawberries, diced
Chocolate Syrup
Whipped Cream
Instructions:
1. Pour oil 1 to 2-inches deep into a sauce pan and heat to medium high setting or 350 degrees F.
2. Flatten each roll into a 4-inch circle, then cut into four triangles.
3. Fry dough on each side until golden brown (about 40-50 seconds each side). Remove and drain on paper towel.
4. In a plastic bag combine sugar and cinnamon, add fried dough and coat.
5. Serve by sprinkling strawberries, drizzle chocolate sauce and then topping with whipped cream dollop.

Instructions:
Preheat Oven:

Cut into Wedges:

Welcome to STUDENT MEALZ! How to make sweet nachos? Well today we're going to tell you just that ;p
== INGREDIENTS ==
- a bag of tortilla chips
- some marshmallows
- Grated almonds or any kind of nut you like
- Some raspberries or any kind of fruit you like
- Chocolate sauce
- Whipped cream
== RECIPE ==
1. Spread the tortilla chips on a baking tray covered with baking paper
2. Place the marshmallows on the torilla chips, spreading them evenly
3. Place the baking tray in the oven at 200°C for about 5 minutes
4. When the marshmellows are really soft take it out of the oven
5. Place some raspberries randomly on the chips
6. Drizzle a fair amount of chocolate sauce on everything
7. Sprinkle some grated almonds on the tortillas
8. Finally add some whipped cream on the side for dipping

These low calorie low carb dessert nachos have just about 225 calories FOR THE ENTIRE TRAY!!
Ingredients:
5 low calorie tortillas
1/3 Cup (65g) 0 Calorie Sweetener - I used @swervesweetie
1/2 Tbsp Cinnamon
Nice pinch of salt
Chocolate sauce:
4 Tbsps Sugar free chocolate chips
1/4 Tsp coconut oil
(i melted these together in the micro for just about 30 seconds)
*In the video I coated the chips with baking spray in a bowl after they cooked…I think it’s better to coat them flat on a baking tray (both sides) that way they get coated better in it, and the cinnamon sugar sticks to it better.
