How To make Chocolate Cinnamon Dessert Nachos
2 T Sugar; granulated - and
1/2 c Sugar; granulated
1/2 t Cinnamon
5 T Butter
6 Tortillas; Flour - 8"
1 c Cream; heavy or whipping
1/3 c Sugar; brown - packed
1 t Vanilla
1 oz Chocolate; unsweetened
- coarsely chopped 1/2 c Pecans - coarsely chopped
Preheat oven to 350F. In small bowl, mix together 2 Tbsp granulated sugar and cinnamon. Melt 4 Tbsp butter. Brush melted butter on both sides of tortillas. Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar on 1 side. Stack tortillas on top of one another, sugared sides up, and cut the stack into 10 to 12 wedges. Place tortilla wedges. Place tortilla wedges, sugared sides up, in a single layer on buttered baking sheets. Bake 12 to 14 minutes or till tortilla wedges are crisp and golden brown. Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, combine cream, remaining 1/2 cup granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Heat to boiling over medium heat, stirring often. Boil 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, till slightly thickened. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Transfer half of mixture to a bowl. Add chocolate and stir till melted. To remaining mixture, stir in remaining 1 Tbsp butter. Let both sauces cool to lukewarm. To assemble nachos, scatter tortilla pieces in single layer over a large serving platter. Drizzle some chocolate sauce and caramel sauce over tortilla and sprinkle about 3 Tbsp nuts on top. Repeat layer until all ingredients are used. Serve immediately.

Dessert Nachos
What You’ll Need:
225g butter, melted
200g caster sugar
225g soft brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tbsp vanilla essence
375g (13 oz) plain flour
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
200g chocolate chips
How You Make It:
Cream the butter with the two sugars with a wooden spoon or an electric beater. Add the eggs individually and beat in. Now the vanilla essence. Fold in the flour, bicarbonate of soda, salt and chocolate chips until nicely incorporated and the mixture is thick but smooth.
Transfer to a lined baking tray and pop in the freezer for an hour or so. Bring out and cut into triangles, pop back on the baking tray and bake for 15 minutes at 190ºC/370ºF.
Load into a serving dish, top with vanilla ice-cream, raspberries and sauces of your choice. Delicious.

1 package of flour tortillas
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 cup chocolate chips, melted
1 cup sliced strawberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Whipped cream for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cinnamon Sugar Chips:
Brush both sides of each flour tortilla with melted butter.
In a small bowl, mix granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Sprinkle the mixture over the tortillas.
Cut into Wedges:
Cut the tortillas into wedges (like pizza slices) and arrange them on a baking sheet.
Bake in the Oven:
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the chips are golden and crisp.
Melt Chocolate:
While the chips are baking, melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth.
Arrange Chips:
Once the chips are done, arrange them on a serving platter.
Drizzle with Chocolate:
Drizzle the melted chocolate over the cinnamon sugar chips.
Add Fresh Fruits:
Sprinkle sliced strawberries, blueberries, and chopped nuts (if using) over the nachos.
Garnish with Whipped Cream:
Finish by adding dollops of whipped cream for a delightful finish.

STEP 1: BRUSH WITH BUTTER
Brush Tortilla's with butter all over and on both sides.
STEP 2: CINNAMON
Then Sprinkle with Cinnamon on both sides and repeat with as many tortillas as you would like to use.
STEP 3: CUT AND COOK
Cut the tortillas into crisp shape sizes and lay them all out on a baking tray and bake for 5 minutes. Flip the crisps halfway through the cooking time.
STEP 4: ADD TOPPINGS AND SERVE
When cooked, put on to a plate and add cream, raspberry, Kiwi, Chocolate stars and melted chocolate and you are now ready to serve your sweet Nachos.

Ingredients:
(For chips)
-flour tortillas cut into chip size
-oil at 350°F for frying (I used Rice Oil)
-cinnamon sugar to coat (1C sugar+2 TBSP Cinnamon)
(For choco sauce)
-1/3 C butter
-1/2 C whole milk
-1/3 cup condensed milk
-1 Disc of Mexican chocolate (45grams)
-1 shot of espresso (about 1/4 cup)
Finish with some berries, shaved nut, and lemon zest

Today I’m going to be sharing with you how to make the best Mexican dessert nachos, this used to be our end of the month dessert, when the pantry was empty and we wanted something sweet, my mom would always make sosopitos, as my grandma would call them! If you ever had buñuelianos well let’s just say this is basically the same thing is seriously super delicious. My mom used to make them using whatever flour tortillas we had in the fridge,???? most of the time it was from the brand”mi ranchito” I tried it with many other brands and like I mentioned in the video, tortilla land uncooked tortillas are the best, soooo closed to homemade! These tortillas are my absolutely favorite they have the perfect taste! And don’t smell like feet ???? sorry but seriously!
