How To make Chinese Cashew Tuna
Ingredients

oz
tuna, canned, in water, drained, flaked
1
cup
celery, diced
1/2
cup
onions, minced
3
tablespoon
margarine
1
each
cream of mushroom soup, can, condensed
1
each
bean sprouts, 16 oz can, drained
1
tablespoon
soy sauce
1
cup
cashews, coarsely chopped
1
each
chow mein noddles, canned
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except chow mein noodles in crockpot; stir well. Cover and cook on Low setting for 4 to 9 hours.
Serve over chow mein noodles.

Keto Sushi Bake
Cauli-rice
1 tbsp olive oil
12 oz cauli rice (I get it bagged from Costco)
1 tsp rice vinegar
1 tsp powdered sweetener
¼ tsp salt
Layer in between:
3 pieces of roasted seaweed snacks
Sprinkle of sesame seeds on top (about 1 tsp)
Spicy Tuna
1 6oz can of tuna
¼ cup mayo
1/2 tsp sriracha
¼ tsp rice vinegar
½ tsp powdered sweetener
1 sprig of green onion
Salt and pepper to taste
Dash of garlic powder
2-3 Packages of Roasted Seaweed Snacks
Nutrition for ENTIRE sushi bake only (no seaweed): Calories - 734, Fat - 63g, Protein - 35g, Total Carbs - 11g, Net Carbs - 6g, Fiber - 5g
Nutrition for sushi bake + 2 packages of seaweed: Calories - 774, Fat - 66g, Protein - 37g, Total Carbs - 11g, Net Carbs - 6g, Fiber 5g

This is a terrific fresh, crunchy Asian salad that I call an Asian Slaw because it has shredded cabbage and carrot like traditional Coleslaw. The fresh herbs and Asian Dressing infused with Thai flavours makes this oriental salad extra special. Delicious AND healthy!
It's a terrific all-rounder side salad for any Asian food, including Chinese, Thai and Vietnamese. Make a big batch because it keeps for days!
How to make vegan Tuna | EASY CHICKPEA SANDWICH RECIPE
LAY HO MA everyone! Here's a great vegan picnic recipe that's easy to make and delicious. Join me in this episode and learn how to make an amazing vegan tuna sandwich. Let's begin.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup canned chickpeas
salt and pepper
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp white sesame seeds
1 tbsp nori
1 tbsp minced onion
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp tahini
4 slices tomato
1 leaf romaine
4 slices of bread for sandwich
Directions:
1. Mash and combine all of the ingredients (minus the tomato, lettuce and bread)
2. Once the chickpea mixture is mashed well, it should resemble a flaky tuna texture
3. Assemble your sandwich and serve
