I had such a fun time going to my friend Tammy's house and cooking in her kitchen! I just showed up with no idea of the food she had or what I would cook for her. After looking through her cabinets and refrigerator I came up with a fantastic casserole from the ingredients I found. I named the dish Loaded Chicken Tater Tot Casserole. I enjoy challenges like this and it keeps my culinary mind sharp. Thanks so much Tammy for inviting me to cook for you!

Pour the mixture into a 7 x 11 baking dish. Make rows of tater tots to cover the top of chicken mixture. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 40 minutes until the tater tots are golden and crispy and the casserole is hot a bubbly.
