How To make Chicken Salad Chinois
2 c Chicken; cooked, cut up
1/2 c Zucchini; chopped
1/2 c Radishes; chopped
1/4 c 2% yogart
1 tb Soy sauce
1/2 ts Bulk granulated artificial
-sweetener, like Sugar Twin 1/2 ts Ginger; ground
3 c Letturce; shredded
In a bowl, combine chicken, zucchini, and radishes. In a cup, combine yogart, soy sauce, sweetner and ginger. Pour over chicken mixture to coat evenly. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving, then toss well gently. Divide into 4 portions. Makes 5 cups, 4 servings CAR: 2g; PRO: 15g; FAT: 7g; CAL: 131;

Learn how to make an easy Chinese Chicken Salad! It is light, tangy, crispy, and low in sugar compared to a Chinese Chicken Salad or Oriental Chicken Salad you may find at a restaurant.
I sweeten the dressing with honey and fruit juice and the additional sweetness comes from natural ingredients such as sliced apples, dried cranberries, and the signature mandarin orange slices.
Instead of deep fried chow mein noodles, I show a light and crispy baked wonton wrapper crisp and toasted sunflower seeds which make each bite exciting because of all the different textures!
If you are making a vegan salad you can of course use agave instead of honey and swap out the chicken for some cubed baked tofu or seitan!
I like to use organic ingredients whenever possible, HOIA recipes are not only clean, but also delicious. I hope you enjoy this video! HOIA!!!

Bobbi has perfected this Chinese Chicken Salad for over a decade and finally came up with the best combination of ingredients to make this salad a winner!
Ingredients:
Two chicken breasts seasone with salt, pepper, garlic and paprika
Olive oil
Dressing:
2 tbsp avocado oil
1/3 cup Rice vinegar
1/4 cup Housin sauce
1.5 tbsp Soy sauce
1/2 tsp Sesame oil
1 Tbsp Fresh ginger
1 clove minced garlic
Salad:
Fresh chopped romaine lettuce
Half a bag of coleslaw mix cabbage
Cubed grilled chicken
1/4 cup cilantro
1/4 cup green onion
11 ounce can of mandarin oranges
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup garlic ginger wonton strips
Finish with dressing and sesame seeds and mix
