Directions:
If using whole chicken breasts, cut into halves. In bowl beat egg salt and pepper. Dip chicken into egg. Then coat with crumbs. In large skillet saute chicken in butter. Arrange chicken in crockpot. Pour pizza sauce over chicken. Cover and cook on Low 6 to 8 hours. Add mozzarella cheese, sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. Cover and cook 15 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.

Crockpot Size: 5 Quart
Ingredients:
2-3 Chicken Breasts
Salt & Pepper (to your liking)
Parmesan Garlic Sauce (12 oz.)
1/4 Cup Green Onions
Milk (fill the empty sauce bottle)
1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Block Cream Cheese
2 Cups Cooked Penne Pasta
Directions:
Place chicken, salt & pepper, parmesan garlic sauce, and green onions into crockpot. Cook on high for 3 hrs. or low for 6 hrs. Shred the cooked chicken with forks. Pour milk into empty sauce bottle. Shake the bottle well and pour into crockpot. Add the grated parmesan cheese and cream cheese into crockpot. Cook on high for 1 hr. or low for 2 hrs. Add pasta into crockpot and stir. Enjoy!

RECIPE:
Slow Cooker Chicken Parmesan Pasta - Save time/effort and make everyone’s FAVORITE Italian dish in your crockpot. You can also freeze half for another meal!
INGREDIENTS:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 (28-ounce) cans crushed tomatoes
1 onion, diced
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, optional
1 pound penne
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
DIRECTIONS:
1. Season chicken with salt and pepper, to taste. Place chicken into a 6-qt slow cooker.
2. In a large bowl, combine crushed tomatoes, onion, basil, oregano, parsley and red pepper flakes, if using. Stir into the slow cooker and gently toss to combine. Cover and cook on low heat for 4 hours.
3. Remove chicken from the slow cooker and shred, using two forks.
4. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta according to package instructions; drain well.
5. Stir pasta and chicken into the slow cooker; top with cheeses. Cover and cook on low heat for an additional 10-20 minutes, or until the cheeses have melted.
6. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley, if desired.

Finished product in 4 hrs
Crockpot Shredded Chicken Parmigiana
2 chicken breasts (or cut of your choice)
1/4 tsp parsley 
1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp minced garlic
8 oz tomato sauce
6 oz tomato paste
Shredded mozzarella or Parmesan
Add chicken to bottom of crockpot. Sprinkle with parsley, Italian seasoning, oregano, and garlic. Add sauce and paste. Gently stir. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. Shred with 2 forks.
Top with shredded mozzarella or Parmesan. Serve on rolls as sandwiches or alone with additional sides.

Crock Pot Chicken Parmesan
Ingredients
- 1 package raw chicken tenders
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/2 cup AP flour
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- Vegetable oil for shallow fry
- 8 oz sliced mozzarella cheese
Sauce
- 1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 2 tsp chopped oregano
- 2 tsp chopped basil
- Pasta (optional)
- Parmesan (optional)
Directions
1. Mix all sauce ingredients in crock pot.
2. Cover and cook on low 4-6 hours, high 3-5 hours
3. Meanwhile, poor enough oil into shallow pan to cover half of chicken tender and heat to 350F.
4. Dredge chicken tenders in flour, egg wash, and panko and fry until golden brown.
5. Add chicken to crock pot on top of sauce to finish cooking.
6. Place slices of cheese on top of chicken about 15 minutes before planning to serve.
*Optional, serve over bed of pasta with sprinkling of parmesan.
