CHICKEN PARMESAN! STEP BY STEP! ❤
Chicken Parmesan is comfort food, cheesy delicious and super delicious. It's a perfect
meal for the whole family because kids love it too...the sauce can be frozen for another day, and the chicken parmesan also makes delicious leftovers.
SAUCE INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 28.oz whole or crushed tomatoes
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 Tbsp tomato paste
3 minced garlic cloves
1 bay leaf
salt (to your liking)
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
fresh ground black pepper
fresh basil (about 5 leaves)
1 small chopped onion
BREADING
2 chicken breasts cut in have long way
1 cup flour
2 eggs
1 Tbsp water
1 cup PANKO bread crumbs
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt (to your liking)
fresh grated parmesan cheese
small bunch chopped Italian parsley
small bunch chopped fresh basil
SAUCE
Heat a non stick pan to medium high heat, add EVOO and saute onions for 2 minutes then add garlic and stir for 1 minute, add garlic powder, sugar, bay leaf, oregano, tomato paste, dried parsley, onion powder, black pepper stir together well then add crushed tomatoes, salt and torn fresh basil...cover and bring up to light boil then down to simmer while you prepare breading.
●CHICKEN INNER TEMP SHOULD BE 165° WHEN READY.

150g beef pancetta or beef bacon
3 tbsp olive oil
2 onions
3 garlic cloves
1 tsp red chili flakes
2 tbsp tomato puree
450g san morzano tomatoes
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp dried oregano
Some basil
1/2 cup water
100g butter
2 tsp sugar or honey
►Breading Prep
2 cups flour
2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cayenne pepper
4 eggs
2 tbsp water
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups panko breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
2 tsp dried thyme
2 tbsp parmesan
300ml oil for frying
►Chicken Parmesan Prep
Tomato sauce
Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
►Spaghetti
300g spaghetti
2 tbsp oil
1 garlic clove
1/2 tsp red chili flakes
1/2 tsp black pepper
Pasta water
Basil

Ingredients for Chicken Parmesan (4 servings):
►1 1/2 lbs (2 large) chicken breаsts cut in half for 4 cutlets
►1/2 cup all-purpose flour
►1 tsp salt, or to taste
►1/2 tsp black pepper, or to taste
►2 large eggs beaten until frothy
►1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
►1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
►2 Tbsp extra light olive oil to sauté or as needed
►24 oz marinara sauce
►4 oz mozzarella cheese (1 cup shredded)
Easy Homemade Marinara Sauce (3 cups):
►2 Tbsp olive oil
► 1/2 medium yellow onion
►3 garlic cloves, minced
► 28 oz crushed tomatoes:
► 1/2 tsp dried oregano
► 1/2 tsp salt
► 1/4 tsp black pepper
► 1 Tbsp basil or parsley, finely minced

FRIED CHICKEN????
Ingredients:
-2 chicken breasts
-all purpose flour
-2 eggs
-bread crumbs (we used panko)
-salt
-frying oil
Instructions:
1.cut the chicken breast to 4 steaks
2.season the steaks
3.prepare the wrapping station- one plate with the flour, one plate with the bread crubs, and one plate with the eggs (salted)
4.first cover the breast in the flour, then in the egg wash, then in the bread crumbs.
5.medium pan, medium heat, add couple centimetres of frying oil. When heated add the chicks.
6.fry from both sides until golden
Marinara sauce:
INGREDIENTS
- cherry tomatoes, tomato puree, basil, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper (onion, lemon juice optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Chop garlic and onion finely
2. put in the medium pan, medium heat, with olive oil. And fry couple minutes, until golden brown.
3. Add cherry tomatoes, and fry couple minutes, and tomato puree.
4. Add salt, pepper, basil, (lemon juice) and cook couple minutes.
Garlic mayo:
INGREDIENTS
-mayo, chives, garlic, salt, pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- chopp chives finely, mince the garlic, and mix everything together
FINISH:
-buns, butter, bacon, provolone cheese, parmigiano, arugula
Instructions:
1. Toast the buns on a pan with butter.. together with the bacon.
2. Put marinara on the bun, then chicken schnitzel, then marinara again, then provolone and parmigiano, and than chicken, marinara and cheese again.
3. Put in the oven and let it melt couple minutes. (You can also let it melt on the pan with the lid on.
4. Put bacon on the cheese. Spread mayo on the top bun, add arugula and close..
