Ingredients:
Prepare Creamy White Sauce:
-Makhan (Butter) 4-5 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 3 tbs
-Olper’s Milk 1 litre
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Dried parsley ½ tsp
-Dried oregano ½ tsp
-Jaifil powder (Nutmeg powder) ¼ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
-Cheddar cheese grated 1 Cup
Prepare Chicken Mince:
-Cooking oil 3 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Chicken qeema (Mince) ½ kg
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
-Chicken powder 1 & ½ tbs
-BBQ sauce 2 & ½ tbs
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped 1 large
-Fresh parsley chopped 1-2 tbs
Assembling:
-Lasagna sheets boiled until 3/4th done
-Olive oil
-Fresh parsley chopped
-Cheddar cheese grated
-Mozzarella cheese grated
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) Julienne
-Black olives sliced
-Dried oregano
-Fresh parsley chopped
Directions:
Prepare Creamy White Sauce:
-In a saucepan,add butter & let it melt.
-Add all-purpose flour & mix well for 30 seconds.
-Add milk & whisk well.
-Add black pepper crushed,dried parsley,dried oregano,nutmeg powder,salt,garlic powder,whisk well & cook on medium flame until it thickens.
-Turn off the flame & reserve 1 cup for reserve later use.
-Turn on the flame,add cheddar cheese & mix well until cheese melts & set aside.
Prepare Chicken Mince:
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,onion & mix well.
-Add garlic,mix well & sauté until onions are translucent.
-Add chicken mince & mix well until it changes color.
-Add black pepper crushed,white pepper powder,salt,red chilli crushed,chicken powder & bbq sauce,mix well & cook for a minute.
-Add capsicum & mix well.
-Add reserved white sauce,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Add fresh parsley,mix well & set aside.
Assembling:
-In a baking dish,add & spread prepared creamy white sauce.
-Place lasagna sheets,add prepared chicken filling,olive oil,prepared creamy white sauce,fresh parsley,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,lasagna sheets,prepared chicken filling,olive oil,prepared creamy white sauce,fresh parsley,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,lasagna sheets,prepared chicken filling,olive oil,creamy white sauce,fresh parsley,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese, capsicum,black olives & sprinkle dried oregano.
-Bake in preheated oven at 180 for 20-25 minutes.
-Garnish with fresh parsley & serve!

-Maida dal dein aur 30 seconds kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Doodh dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein.
-Kali mirch crushed,dried parsley,dried oregano,jaifil powder,namak & lehsan powder dal ker whisk karein aur darmiyani ancch per garha ho janay tak paka lein.
-Chulha bund ker dein aur 1 cup ko nikal ker bad mein use kernay kliya side per rakh dein.
-Chulha on karein aur cheddar cheese dal dein aur cheese melt ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Chicken Mince:
-Frying pan mein cooking aur pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Lehsan dal dein aur pyaz translucent hunay tak sauté ker lein.
-Chicken qeema dal dein aur rang tabdeel ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Kali mirch crushed,safed mirch powder,namak,lal mirch crushed,chicken powder aur bbq sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Shimla mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Reserved white sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Fresh parsley dal ker mix karein & side per rakh dein.
Assembling:
-Baking dish mein tayyar creamy white sauce dal ker pheela lein.
-Lasgna sheets,tayyar chicken filling,olive oil,tayyar creamy white sauce,fresh parsley,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,lasagna sheets,tayyar chicken filling,olive oil,tayyar creamy white sauce,fresh parsley,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,lasagna sheets,tayyar chicken filling,olive oil,creamy white sauce,fresh parsley,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,shimla mirch,black olives & dried oregano dal dein.
-Preheated oven mein 180 C per 20-25 minutes kliya bake ker lein.

Chicken Lasagna Written Recipe With Directions
Ingredients:
-Water (pani) 3 liters
-Salt (namak) 1 tbs
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Lasagna sheets
White Sauce:
-Butter (makhan) 2 tbs
-Cooking Oil 1 tbs
-All-purpose flour (Maida) 2 tbs
-Milk pack 1cup
-Black pepper (kali mirch) powder ½ tsp
-Red chilli flakes (adh khuti lal mirch) ½ tsp
-Salt (namak) ½ tsp
-White pepper (safaid mirch) powder ½ tsp
-Mozzarella/pizza/cheddar cheese crushed 2 tbs
-Tetra pack cream 2 tbs or Balai
Chicken Filling:
-Water (pani) as needed
-Tomato (tamatar) 4 (apply cuts on the top)
-Cooking oil 3 tbs
-Onion (piyaz) chopped 1 big size
-Garlic (lehsan) cloves chopped 6
-Chicken mince 500 g (Passed through a meat mincer once)
-Red chili (lal mirch) powder ½ tsp
-Paprika Powder 1 tsp
-Salt (namak) 1 tsp
-Red chili flakes (adh khuti lal mirch) 1 tsp
-Light Soya Sauce 1 tbs
-Chicken powder 1 tbs or chicken stock
-Tikka Masala ½ tsp
-Tomato ketchup/chili ketchup/pizza sauce
-Capsicum without seeds (Shimla mirch) chopped 1
-Carrot (gajar) chopped 1 optional
-Water (pani) 1 cup
-Slice Cheese as needed
-Olives
Directions:
Step1:
-In a pan, add butter and cooking oil. Melt the butter on medium-low flame.
-When ¼ tbs butter is left, add all-purpose flour and roast it on medium-low flame.
-On low flame, add ½ cup milk pack and mix well.
-Add black pepper powder, red chili flakes, salt, white pepper powder, and mozzarella cheese. Mix and cook it for 1 min on medium-low flame.
-Now, add ½ cup of milk pack. Mix and cook.
-If the sauce is thick, add 2 tbs milk if needed.
-Add tetra pack cream. Mix well and cook it for 2 minutes.
Step 2:
-In a wok, add water and bring it to a boil. Then add salt and cooking oil.
-Add Lasagna sheets and boil them for 7 minutes. Then strain & rinse with tap water. Add ½ tbs cooking oil & set aside.
Step 3:
-In a pan, add water and tomatoes and bring it to a boil.
-Bring out the tomatoes to a plate. Peel off the tomatoes, then fine-chop them and set aside.
-In another pan, add cooking oil and heat it. Add onions and cook it for 1 min on medium flame.
-Add garlic cloves. Mix well.
-Now, add chicken mince and cook well for 4-5 minutes until the color of the chicken mince changes.
-Add red chili powder, paprika Powder, salt (namak), red chili flakes, light soya sauce, chicken powder, and tikka masala. Mix well for 2 minutes on medium-low flame.
-Add the boiled and chopped tomatoes or tomato puree. Cook for 2 minutes until the water of the tomato is dry.
-Add tomato ketchup, capsicum, carrot, and water. Cover and cook it for 7- minutes on medium-low flame.
-Cook it for 2 minutes on high flame. Then, set aside.
Step 4:
-In a baking dish, spread white sauce, cover it with lasagna sheets, add the chicken filling, then cover it with a slice of cheese.
-Again, pour white sauce. Then, add a chicken filling layer and cover it with lasagna sheets. Cover it with a slice of cheese and pour white sauce again.
-Third time, add the chicken filling layer, cover it with lasagna sheets, and cover it with mozzarella cheese.
-Sprinkle red chili flakes. Garnish with julienne capsicum and olives.
-Preheat the baking oven for 5 minutes at 180 C.
-Bake for 20 minutes at 180 C or until cheese is golden brown.
-The lasagna is ready! Serve and enjoy.
Tips and Tricks:
-Avoid using a chopper to chop ingredients.

Chicken Lasagna Ingredients
Mornay Sauce
- 150gms of butter
- 150gms of flour
- 1 ltr of cold milk
- 2 whisked egg yolks
- 200gms of Gruyere cheese
- salt & pepper
Marinara Sauce
- Olive Oil
- garlic
- dry red chillies
- basil leaves
- tomato puree
- 1tsp of sweet paprika
- dry oregano
- salt & black pepper
-water
- Pasta Sheets
Method:
Mornay Sauce
- Heat butter and flour together let it melt and once it comes to an boil add milk and keep whisking until it thickens
- Add egg yolks whisk it continuously after some time add grated Gruyere cheese, salt & pepper.
- Keep it aside
Marinara Sauce
- Keep a pan on medium or high flame then add olive oil, garlic, dry red chillies, basil leaves, tomato puree cook it until it comes to an boil.
- Add sweet paprika, dry oregano mix it well then add salt & black pepper, basil and some water.
- Let it boil for a minute or two.
- In the boiling marinara sauce add minced chicken and cook it in the salt itself
- Take off the flame and keep it aside
Lasagna
- In a saucepan add some water to boil and add salt.
- Let the salted water boil for some time then add the sheets in it and give it a light stir and cook it for 2-3 minutes
- Make sure to take them once they are soft
- Immerse the sheets into cold water and later use them after draining properly.
Assemble
- Apply the butter to the casserole dish. then add mornay sauce base, then sheets, followed by mozzarella cheese, then some mornay sauce, then marinara Sauce, mozzarella cheese and follow the steps till u reach the top.
- On the top layer sprinkle, mozzarella cheese, mornay Sauce , breadcrumbs and repeat again.
- Bake it for 30 minutes at 190 degrees
- Let it cool for 10 minutes & then enjoy the Chicken Lasagna!
