How To make Chicken Gorgonzola
2 c Olive oil
2 1/2 tb Garlic, chopped
1 1/2 tb Rosemary
1 1/2 tb Black peppercorns, cracked
8 oz Clarified butter
2 lg Red onions
2 oz White sugar
12 Chicken breasts (6 oz ea)
2 md Zuchinni, cut in sm sticks
18 oz Gorgonzola
In a large saucepan, light saute the garlic, rosemary, and peppercorns. Put aside in container... In the same pan cook the onions and sugar in the butter until the onions are browned. Remove from heat. Charbroil the chicken and zucchini, basting with the olive oil mixture until the chicken is completely cooked (don't overcook the zucchini-). Place chicken breasts along with the butter mixture, zucchini, and remaining oil mixture in a casserole dish. Place the cheese on top of the chicken and bake for 2-4 minutes, until cheese is well melted.

Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1- 15 oz jar alfredo sauce (We love Mario Batali sauce)
1/4 Cup blue cheese crumbles
1/4 Cup chopped walnuts
1/4 Cup dried cranberries
Handful fresh parsley, chopped
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken on a small baking pan. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Slice chicken into 1/2 inch thick strips. Arrange chicken slices in a decorative fan fashion in baking pan. Pour alfredo sauce to cover chicken. Top with blue cheese, walnuts, cranberris, and parsley. Bake again for 10 minutes, or until sauce is bubbly.

RECIPE
I used Gorgonzola Dolce this time. It has a light taste and a beautiful texture.
Cut the cheese into 2 cm dice.
Put 120g fresh cream and 100g vegetable broth in a pot.
Once it boils, add salt & black pepper and turn off the stove. Add about 100g blue cheese and melt them over low heat. Please adjust the amount of cheese to your liking.
Just before the cheese completely melts, turn off the stove again and add
honey 10g. Mix the honey well. Please make sure not to boil it after adding the cheese. Keep gently cooking for the resulting beautiful flavour.
