4 chicken breast halves without skin 5 tbsp lemon juice 3 tbsp light soy sauce 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar 2 tbsp dried basil 2 cloves garlic -- minced 1/8 tsp black pepper 16 arugula leaves Combine all ingredients except cheese.Marinate overnight. Grill on one side for 4 minutes. Turn over and add crumbled cheese and contine to cook until cheese melts and chicken is cooked. Serve over a bed of arugula.

Hello my friend! ???? Today, let me share with you recipe on how to fry chicken tenderloins. Fantastic, quick and easy chicken dinner! Incredible chicken tenders easy recipe that you will love. Enjoy this cinematic cooking b roll video. This is interesting recipe for a tasty and soft chicken tenders with just a few ingredients - a great idea for a quick dinner on busy evenings or as well for romantic meal for two. Instead of chicken tenders you can also use chicken breast or turkey breast, but you need to firstly cut them into small pieces.

Here is the full recipe for two portions: Ingredients: - 300-400g of chicken tenderloins; - black forest ham (as many slices as you have pieces of chicken - approx. 80-100g); - 2 teaspoons of salt and pepper; - 20ml of oil; - 100g of gorgonzola cheese; - 180ml of heavy whipping cream; - half sprig of parsley.
1. Prepare chicken tenderloins (wash them and remove tendons) and gently tenderize. 2. Salt and pepper. 3. Wrap black forest ham slices over each chicken tenderloin. 4. Add few tablespoons of oil to preheated pan and place there all pieces of chicken tenders. 5. Fry until ham is brown. 6. Then flip on the second side and keep for another few minutes. 7. Once ready, transfer to a plate. 8. Cut gorgonzola cheese into small pieces. 9. Pour in the clean pan heavy whipping cream, salt, pepper and add gorgonzola pieces. 10. While stirring, heat until the cheese is melted. 11. Once ready, add the meat and heat it together for approx. 1 min. 12. Sprinkle with parsley.
You can serve those with potatoes and cherry tomatoes with arugula, as on my video, or with any other additions that you like. ????
