How to Make Cheesey Chicken Crepes

✅Ingredients
CREPES:
• 3 eggs
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2/3 cup flour
• 1 cup milk
FILLING:
• 1 cup sour cream
• 8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
• 1/4 cup sliced black olives
• 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion
• 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
• 2 cups diced, cooked chicken
✅Instructions
1️⃣ 00:00:09 - Make crepe batter by placing eggs, salt, flour, and milk in a blender. Blend until smooth.
2️⃣ 00:00:44 - Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease the pan. Pour a little of the crepe batter in the pan and swirl it around to cover the bottom of the pan. Let cook about 1 minute, until surface loses its shine. Flip carefully. (see video for demonstration). Repeat until all batter has been used.
3️⃣ Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease a 9x13 pan.
4️⃣ 00:01:46 - Make the filling by combining the sour cream, mushrooms, olives, green onion, celery, chicken, and half the cheddar cheese in a mixing bowl. Place a heaping spoonful in the center of each crepe. Fold ends and sides over and place in prepared pan.
5️⃣ 00:02:54 - Bake 20 minutes at 400°. Remove from oven and sprinkle on 1 cup grated cheese. Bake another 10 minutes until cheese is melted.

Chicken Tikka Crepes
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Mon Salwa Chicken Tikka boti 250g
-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 large
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped 1 medium
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 1 tbs
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2-3 tbs
-Cheddar cheese grated 1 Cup
Prepare Crepes: 01:35
-Anday (Eggs) 2
-Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup
-Water ½ Cup
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 1 Cup
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Cooking oil
Directions:
-Roughly chop chicken tikka boti into small cubes with the help of knife & set aside.
-In a wok,add cooking oil,chopped chicken tikka boti,mix well & cook on medium flame for 3-4 minutes.
-Add onion,capsicum,green chilli,salt,cumin seeds,red chilli crushed and lemon juice,mix well & cook for 2 minutes.
-Add fresh coriander and mix well.
-Let it cool.
-Add cheddar cheese,mix well & set aside.
Prepare Crepes: 01:35
-In a bowl,add eggs & whisk well.
-Add milk,water,salt & whisk again.
-Gradually add all-purpose flour & whisk well until smooth.
-Add cooking oil & whisk well.
-Grease 9” inch frying pan with cooking oil,add 1/3 cup of prepared batter,spread evenly & cook on low flame from both sides until light golden.
-Take out crepe on a clean surface,add prepared chicken tikka filling in the center (3-4 tbs),fold & brush crepe batter,fold all sides & press gently.
-Grease frying pan with cooking oil & cook folded crepe from both sides until golden brown (1 minute each side) (makes 6).
-Cut into desired shape & serve!

-Bowl mein anday dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Doodh,pani aur namak dal ker dubara whisk ker lein.
-Thora thora ker ka maida shamil karein aur smooth hunay tak ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Cooking oil dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-9” inch frying pan ko cooking oil sa grease karein aur 1/3 cup tayyar batter dal ker evenly pheela lein aur halki ancch per dono sides sa light golden hunay tak paka lein.
-Clean surface per crepe rakh dein aur tayyar chicken tikka filling (3-4 tbs) ko crepe ka center mein dal ker fold ker lein,crepe batter ko brush ki madad sa laga lein aur tamam sides ko fold ker ke gently press ker lein.
-Frying pan ko cooking oil sa grease karein aur folded crepe ko dono sides sa golden brown hunay tak paka lein (1 minute each side) (makes 6).
-Desired pieces mein cut ker ka serve karein!
Chicken Crepe With Mushrooms Spinach & Cheese
A different take on my previous crepe recipe. In this video the crepe is filled with some chicken and veggies. I made this crepe slightly thicker than usual by not using a crepe spreader. By doing this, I was able to add as much fillings as I wanted without ripping the crepe. Use the spreader to get the traditional light crepe texture and pour small portion of the batter to start with. You may also add your choice of filling if you prefer something else or if you are a vegetarian.

Chicken Tikka Crepes
Ingredients for crepes:
All-purpose flour 2 cups
Milk 2 cups
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Eggs 2
Oil 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Ingredients for Chicken Tikka:
Boneless chicken (small cubes) 500 g
Tikka masala 2 tbsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Capsicum (chopped) 1 cup
Onion (chopped) 1 cup
Oil 3 tbsp
Green chilies (chopped) 4
Oil (for smoke) 1 tsp
Heated coal pieces (2)
Ingredients for Flour Mixture:
All-Purpose Flour 1/2 cup
Water 1 cup
Ingredients for Chicken Tikka Crepes:
Prepared crepes
Prepared chicken tikka
Oil (for frying) 2 tbsp
Flour mixture
Directions for Crepes Preparation:
1. In a bowl add flour, egg, yogurt, salt, milk and oil mix it well.
2. Now take a non-stick pan and pour 1 cup of batter. Cook each side 1-2 mins.
Directions for Chicken Tikka Preparation:
3. In a bowl add boneless chicken, tikka masala, yogurt, lemon juice and ginger garlic paste. Mix it well. Leave it for marination for 30 mins.
4. Now in a pan heatoil and the marinated chicken and cook it until the chicken is fully done and the water dries.
5. Now add capsicum, onion and green chilies and cook for 1-2 mins.
6. Turn off the flame and place preheated coal pieces in aluminum in center of the pan. Drizzle oil and cover with lid. Let it smoke for 1 minute. set aside.
Directions for Chicken Tikka Crepes Preparation:
7. Take the prepared crepe, add chicken tikka mixture in the middle of the crepe. Make box patty shape with the crepe and bind it with flour mixture.
Note: Can be frozen in an airtight bag for up to 2 weeks.
8. On a pan heat oil and add prepared chicken tikka crepes. Cook each side for 1-2 mins. Your Chicken Tikka Crepes are ready.
Preparation time: 15-20 mins
Cooking time: 20-25 mins
Servings: 4-5
