How To make Cheesy Popover Ring
1 c Water
1/2 c Butter (or marg.)
1 t Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
1 c Flour, all-purpose
4 Eggs
1 c Cheese, Cheddar -- finely diced
Bring water, butter, salt, and pepper to a boil in a saucepan. Add flour quickly, all at once, beating with a wooden spoon until mixture forms a ball that leaves sides of pan. Remove from heat. Add eggs to flour mixture, one at a time, beating well after each addition (mixture will separate as each egg is added to it). Set aside 2 tablespoons diced Cheddar cheese; stir remaining cheese into flour mixture. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls (about 11) onto a greased baking sheet to form an 8" ring, leaving a 2-1/2 to 3-inch diameter hole in center. Sprinkle
reserved cheese over top. Bake at 425 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes or until puffy and golden brown. Serve hot.

Taco Ring – Lynn’s Recipes
Lynn demonstrates a great alternative to regular tacos, Taco Ring. This is a Pampered Chef recipe that I have had for years that my family really enjoys. You can make this with ground beef or turkey.
1 pound ground beef or ground turkey
1 package (1.25 ounces) taco seasoning mix, or you can use homemade
(I will put a link in the information box for my homemade taco
seasoning recipe.)
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
2 Tablespoons water
2 packages (8 ounces each) refrigerated crescent rolls
Optional condiments to have with the Taco Ring:
Salsa
Shredded lettuce
Chopped tomato
Chopped onion
Sliced Black Olives
Sour cream
Preheat oven to 375°. In a skillet, cook and stir beef or turkey over medium-high heat until browned. Remove from heat; pour off drippings. Stir in seasoning mix, cheese and water; set aside.
Unroll crescent dough; separate into triangles. Arrange triangles in circle on greased 14” pizza pan with wide ends overlapping in center and points toward outside. (There should be a 5” diameter opening in the center.) I used my Pampered Chef Pizza Stone for this, but use what you have. Pizza pans work fine. Scoop meat mixture evenly onto widest end of each triangle. Use an ice cream scoop for this for ease. Bring outside points of triangles down over filling and tuck under wide ends of dough at center. (Filling will not be completely covered.) Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. You can put a bowl in the center and fill with your condiments or just place the condiments on the pizza pan or stone. Cut into slices, garnish with condiments and sour cream.

Ham & Cheese Roll-Ups | Delish
We'd take a buttery, flaky crescent roll over sandwich bread any day.
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350°. Grease an 8-x-8 baking pan with cooking spray.
2. On a lightly floured surface, unroll dough and separate the sheet into rectangles. Pinch the perforations to seal. Spread mustard onto each rectangle. Top with sliced ham and cheese. Starting with one short side, roll up each rectangle. Pinch edges to seal. Cut each roll into 5-6 slices. Place cut side up in baking pan.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, garlic powder and parsley. Brush over pinwheels, then sprinkle poppy seeds on top. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the rolls are golden.
INGREDIENTS
1 (8-oz.) tube crescent roll dough
1/2 lb. deli sliced ham
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
8 oz. sliced Swiss cheese
4 tbsp. butter, melted
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. poppy seeds
