1 pk Success Rice 1 cn Hormel Chili No Beans (15oz) 1 c Pasteurized process cheese -spread 1/2 c Sour cream Chopped red bell pepper or -tomato slices (opt) Prepare Success Rice according to package directions. Drain. Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan. Heat until cheese is melted. Stir to blend well. Serve over hot cooked rice. Garnish with red bell pepper or tomato slices, if desired.

How to Make Deep Dish Cheesy Chili Pizza - My Way
This is a reshoot of my Deep Dish Chili Pizza recipe with a couple of differences. I love pizza and I love chili, so why not combine the two? Check out my original 2 part Green Bastard Chili video here.
The main difference in this chili pizza from the other one, is this is a cheesy chili deep dish pizza with 4 varieties of cheese. The reason for the reshoot is, the Dickwads at Google have fucked with part 2 of the original video and muted the audio. So fuck them, and I am back with more. I will leave the original 2 part video up and if you watch both versions, you will get a very good idea of how I switch things up whenever I make any type of pizza. Pie is one of my most favorite dishes, and I make it too many ways to count. Here is the dough recipe that I have been using as my go to recipe for the last couple of years. It is very basic and an excellent pizza dough.
1 cup very warm water - 105°F 1 1/4 TSP Quick rise yeast 2 TSP Sugar 1/2 TSP Salt 2 TBSP Vegetable Oil 3 Cups All purpose flour
Combine all ingredients and mix for 7 - 10 minutes in a stand mixer with the dough hook attachment. If mixing and kneading by hand, 10 - 15 minutes should be your time. After dough has been mixed and kneaded, lightly oil dough ball and place in bowl covered with plastic wrap in the fridge over night. Remove from fridge 1 hour before rolling out dough to bring it up to room temperature.
