Nunya Business Chili Cheese Fries
RECIPE COURTESY OF SUNNY ANDERSON
Level: Easy
Total: 1 hr
Active: 25 min
Yield: 4 to 6 servings
Ingredients
One 28- to 32-ounce bag frozen crinkle cut french fries
1 teaspoon kosher salt, plus more for seasoning
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, grated on a rasp
3 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 pound ground beef (80 percent meat/20 percent fat)
Freshly ground black pepper
2 cups marinara sauce (pick one with personality!)
One 15-ounce jar nacho cheese sauce (mild, medium, spicy—your choice)
3 scallions, sliced on the bias
1/4 cup sliced pickled jalapeños
Directions
Line a sheet tray with aluminum foil. Arrange the fries on the sheet tray in a single layer. Bake according to the package instructions. Season with salt.
Heat the olive oil in a large cast-iron pan over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic, chili powder and cumin and cook until the spices are fragrant, 1 to 2 minutes. Add the beef, salt and a few grinds of black pepper and cook, breaking the beef into bits while browning, until fully cooked, 8 to 10 minutes. Add the marinara sauce and stir to coat. Let cook for 5 minutes to let the flavors meld.
Heat the nacho cheese sauce according to the package instructions. Top the fries with the chili and nacho cheese sauce, then garnish with the scallions and pickled jalapeños.

Chili Cheese Dip!
Ingredients:
2- 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
2- 15 oz. cans hormel chili, no beans (or any other kind you like)
2 cup shredded cheese (any kind you like)
chips, crackers, or pretzels for dipping
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Spread the 2 packages of softened cream cheese into the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. (I just used the back of a spoon.)
3. Spread the 2 cans of chili on top of the cream cheese layer.
4. Sprinkle the cheese over the chili layer.
5. Bake 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly. Let cool a bit and enjoy!!!
This dip was so good and so easy to make!!! You can just make half in a 9x9 or 8x8 baking dish, but it will be gone too fast! I recommend making the entire amount like I did. We hope you liked the video! Come back to see more! Bye!

MACRO FRIENDLY CHILI CHEESE FRIES????High Protein & Low Calorie????????
(Total)
558 Calories
42gC | 18gF | 56gP
Ingredients ????????
- 300g Cut Potatoes (Brand: Coles Carisma Potatoes - these potatoes in particular have 25% less carbs than regular potatoes but any potatoes will work)
- Boil In Water For 3 Min With 1 Tsp Vinegar (Boiling the potatoes vinegar allows them to soak up all of that briny flavor before you dry them off. The result is a soft-in-the-center, crispy-on-the-outside potato that’s loaded with flavor.
- Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Smoked Paprika, Cumin, Chilli Powder (optional & customisable)
- 180g Extra Lean Beef Mince (Brand: Woolworths)
- 100g Red Enchilada Sauce (Brand: Old El Passo - can be substituted for canned diced/chopped tomatoes)
- 1 Tbsp Tomato Paste
- 2 Slices Cheddar Cheese (Brand - Dairyworks Natural Cheddar)
- 25ml Milk
- 30g Garlic Yoghurt (30g low fat Greek yoghurt mixed with garlic powder or minced garlic)
- Chilli & Spring Onion
Air fry at 200 degrees Celsius for 18 - 20 minutes
OR
Bake in the oven at 220 degrees Celsius for 20 - 25 minutes. (Spray with light cooking oil such as Frylight beforehand)
Brands and certain ingredients can be substituted to suit your liking if needed.
IMPORTANT NOTES ????????
- When making the cheese sauce start by adding 25ml of milk, microwave for 30 seconds & take it out every 10 seconds to mix it with a fork/spoon. Times may vary depending on the microwave so it may take less or more time. Add more milk if needed & make sure to just keep taking it out & mixing until you have a thick consistency.
- Boiling the cut up potatoes with vinegar is optional but does help hold the potatoes together & makes them have an extra layer on the outside to give them a slight crisp.
Brands & certain ingredients can be substituted to your own liking if needed. Macros may vary if you chose to do so.
