How to Make Stuffed Burgers - Part 1
We all do burger toppings, but what about burger stuffing?
I went and bought a simple burger stuffing kit and learned how to make perfect (well, nearly) STUFFED BURGERS
We feasted on burgers stuffed with blue cheese and bacon, Pizza Burger and not to forget, the Bacon-Pepper Jack-Burger-Dog…there’s even more, but you’ll have to watch the show ;-)
In Part 2 of Stuffed Burger, I’ll show you how I finished cooking them and the great burger reveal

Try these Cheese Stuffed Burgers which are Full of Juices and Delicious Flavor. Topped with Jalapenos, Burger Relish, Mmmm and That Cheese in the Center, just Melts in your Mouth. If you enjoyed this video, Please give the Video a Like and Push that SUBSCRIBE button.
INGREDIENTS:
1 KG Beef Mince, 3 Egg Yolks, 1 Red Onion Finally Chopped, Half TBSP Black-Pepper, Half TBSP Salt, Half TBSP Dijon Mustard, 2 TBSP Ketchup, 1 and Half TBSP Worcester Sauce, 1 TBSP Oil and Some Melted Butter for Brushing the Burgers, 200 Grams of Cheddar Cheese or any other cheese you like. Some Burger Buns, Mayonnaise, Lettuce, Cucumber, Tomatoes, Jalapenos, Burger Relish and any other topping you would like ;). Serve with Coleslaw, Onion Rings, Curly Fries etc. ENJOY!!!

Blue Cheese Stuffed Burgers on the Goldens' Cast Iron | Heath Riles BBQ
If you’re a fan of blue cheese, you will love these Blue Cheese Stuffed Burgers. These juicy burgers aren’t your run-of-the-mill BBQ. They have a gourmet flair that even the most seasoned pitmaster will rave about. Blue cheese is rarely used in burgers, making this recipe unique. This sharp cheese has a mild flavor that pairs well with my signature BBQ Beef Rub. You won’t believe how great this combination tastes!

WHAT HEATH USED IN THE RECIPE:
• Heath Riles BBQ Beef Rub
• Thermapen One
• Royal Oak Charcoal
• Victorinox Fibrox Pro 6-inch Curved Boning Knife
• Goldens' Cast Iron
• Pure and Simple Canola Oil
INGREDIENTS:
• Heath Riles BBQ Beef Rub
• Ground Beef
• Blue Cheese Crumbles
• Burger Buns
• Mayonnaise
DIRECTIONS:
1. Get your grill up to temperature of approximately 450-500º. Create a 2-zone fire.
2. Flatten out 8 ground beef patties.
3. Place your blue cheese crumbles on 4 of the patties.
4. Place the other 4 ground beef patties on top of the patties with blue cheese on them.
5. Mold your patties and seal the edges.
6. Coat both sides of your patties in Heath Riles BBQ Beef Rub
7. Spray your grill grates with canola oil.
8. Place your patties on your grill in the hot zone of your 2-zone fire. Cook for about 10-12 minutes. Flip your burgers halfway through.
9. Toast your burger buns.
10. Build your burger.
