How To make Stuffed Mushrooms with Cheese
Ingredients

oz
mushrooms
1
cup
bread crumbs, italian-style
1/4
cup
worcestershire sauce
1
each
egg, beaten
4
oz
pepperoni slices
8
oz
mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2
cup
onions, chopped
Directions:
Remove stems from mushroom caps. Chop stems into small pieces and put into a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix together with your hands so that the mixture sticks together. If mixture is too dry, add another beaten egg.
Place mushroom caps in heavy baking pan and fill each cap with a mound of mushroom mixture. Use leftover mixture to cover mushrooms already stuffed.
Cover pan and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbling. Serve immediately.

Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe | How To Make Stuffed Mushroom
We are sharing how to make cheese stuffed mushrooms. You can stuff just about anything into mushroom caps, but this combination of melty cheese and butter is our favorite.
You'll need
400 g button mushrooms
150 g shredded cheese
Butter
Salt
Parsley
We love using cheddar or mozzarella but processed cheese, feta or even creamier cheeses will all work. Of course, a combination of different cheeses is a great idea, too!

4 large portabello mushrooms
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 cloves minced garlic
2 spring onions/scallions, finely chopped
2 packed cups (65g) baby spinach
½ cup (120ml) double (heavy) cream
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
½ cup (50g) cheddar cheese, grated
1 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp panko breadcrumbs
1 tbsp vegetable oil
¼ cup (25g) grated parmesan cheese
