INGREDIENTS:
1 KG Beef Mince, 3 Egg Yolks, 1 Red Onion Finally Chopped, Half TBSP Black-Pepper, Half TBSP Salt, Half TBSP Dijon Mustard, 2 TBSP Ketchup, 1 and Half TBSP Worcester Sauce, 1 TBSP Oil and Some Melted Butter for Brushing the Burgers, 200 Grams of Cheddar Cheese or any other cheese you like. Some Burger Buns, Mayonnaise, Lettuce, Cucumber, Tomatoes, Jalapenos, Burger Relish and any other topping you would like ;). Serve with Coleslaw, Onion Rings, Curly Fries etc. ENJOY!!!

1 Small Brown Onion (finely chopped)

1 Tablespoon of Mixed Dried Herbs
1 Tablespoon of Tomato Ketchup or Barbecue Sauce
1/2 Cup of Grated Mozzarella Cheese (or cheese of your choice)
Salt and Pepper
Olive Oil
4 Hamburger Rolls (lightly toasted)
Lettuce and Tomato (or salad of you choice)
