How To make Cheddar and Vegetable Stuffed Grill Bread
1 tablespoon active dry yeast (1 package)
1 1/2 cups warm water
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon ground coriander
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons light sesame or peanut oil*
2 1/2 cups unbleached white flour
(2 1/2 to 3)
2 cups chopped grilled vegetables
4 ounces sharp cheddar :
shredded
Cooking spray
Use leftover grilled vegetables or grill some fresh ones while the dough rises. Try onion, zucchini, potato, bellpepper, or eggplant, to name a few.
1. In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in water and let stand until it bubbles, about 10 minutes. Slowly stir in whole wheat flour, cumin, and coriander. Mix well, cover, and set aside to rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes. 2. Stir in salt, oil, and 2 cups of unbleached white flour to form a stiff dough. Turn out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 10 minutes, adding more flour as necessary to keep from sticking. Shape into a ball, place in a large, lightly sprayed bowl, and turn oiled side up. Cover with plastic wrap and set aside to rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour. 3. Divide dough into six pieces and roll into smooth balls. On a lightly floured surface, roll balls into 7-inch circles (about 1/4-inch thick). Place equal amounts of vegetables and cheese in center of each circle. Pull edges up to center, pinch closed and press to flatten. Cover with a cloth, and let rise for 20 minutes. 4. Preheat grill to medium-hot. Gently place calzones on grill, pinched side down, and cook about 5 minutes on each side, until well marked and browned.
*I used 1 tablespoon of oil and substituted Healthy Choice brick cheese for the cheddar.
Makes 6 breads.

Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
Potatoes boiled & peeled 4-5
Boiled Eggs boiled & chopped 2
Chicken boiled & shredded 1 & ½ cup
Green chili paste 1 tbs or to taste
Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbs
Cumin crushed 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
White pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp or to taste
Chinese salt 1 tsp
Bread slice 8-10
Cheddar Cheese
Directions:
In a bowl, mash potatoes and add all the ingredients except bread and cheese. Mix well.
Cut corners of the bread. Dip bread in water and press to drain excess water. Stuff potato filling and cheese and cover with the bread to make a bread ball. Repeat same process for all bread slices.
Deep fry and serve.

Ek bowl main potatoes ko mash kar lain. Boiled eggs, chicken, hari mirch paste, dhania, zeera, kali mirch, safed mirch powder, namak, Chinese namak shamil kar ke mix karain.
Bread ke corners cut karlen. Ab ek slice ko pani main dip karke zaid pani hath se daba ke nikal len aur us main filling add Karen aur press kar ke ball ki shape main banalain. Sare bread slices se ball banana hain.

DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Cut a deep “V” through the top of each baguette. Partially unstuff the baguettes. Set aside.
3. Place the eggs and cream into a mixing bowl and lightly beat together. Whisk in the remaining ingredients and lightly season with salt and pepper.
4. Divide and pour the mixture into each baguette boat and place onto a baking sheet.
5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown, puffed and set in the center. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Allow to cool for about 5 minutes, cut and serve.

4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 c. shredded white Cheddar
2 green onions, thinly sliced
