How To make Cheddar Cheese Bread

cheddar cheese, sharp grated
Directions:
Place ingredients, in the order listed, into the pan. Select white bread,
and press 'Start'.
NOTE: Unless otherwise noted all ingredients should be at room
temperature.
This can be mixed on manual of the bread machine. After Second kneading,
remove dough from machine, divide into to equal portions and place in small
loaf pans. Cover and let rise to double, about 45 min to 1 hour. Bake at
350 f. for 35-40 min.

체다치즈 소스를 발라 구운 치즈 후레쉬팡을 만들었어요~
치즈 소스를 바르고 겹겹이 접어 사각형으로 잘라 구워봤는데 층층이 보이는 체다치즈가 먹음직스러워 보이는 것 같아요.
처음에는 슬라이스 체다치즈를 넣어 구워봤는데 구워지면서 치즈가 다 녹아 흘러내리더라구요.
그래서 체다치즈를 우유와 함께 끓여 소스를 만들어 사용해봤는데 흘러내리지 않고 잘 구워지는 것 같아요.
체다치즈 소스를 만들고 너무 식히면 꾸덕해져서 바르기가 어려워 살짝 따뜻할 때 사용하는게 좋더라구요.
작고 귀여워서 자꾸만 손이 가고 생각보다 많이 짜지 않아서 좋은 것 같아요~

▶재료
따뜻한 우유 140g
드라이 이스트 4g
강력분 310g
설탕 30g
소금 3g
분유 10g
달걀 1개
무염버터 40g
우유 100g
옥수수전분 10g
꿀 10g
슬라이스 체다치즈 6장
▶레시피
1. 따뜻한 우유에 드라이 이스트를 넣고 섞어둔다.
2. 반죽기에 강력분, 분유, 소금, 설탕, 달걀, 우유 혼합물을 넣고 약 10분 정도 반죽한 뒤 실온에 두어 말랑해진 무염버터를 넣고 매끄러워질 때까지 약 10분 정도 더 반죽한다.
3. 동그랗게 모양을 잡아 볼에 담고 랩을 덮어 2배로 부풀 때까지 약 1시간 정도 발효한다.
4. 냄비에 우유, 옥수수전분을 넣고 섞고 꿀을 넣고 섞은 뒤 슬라이스 체다치즈를 넣고 약불에서 저으며 걸쭉해질 때까지 끓이고 실온에 둔다.
5. 반죽의 가스를 빼고 넓게 밀어 편 뒤 치즈를 바르고 3번을 겹쳐 접고 살짝 밀어 모양을 잡은 뒤 정사각 모양으로 자른다.
6. 오븐 팬에 올려 랩을 덮어 약 40분 정도 발효 하고 윗면에 우유를 바른 뒤 175도 예열한 오븐에서 13분 정도 굽는다.
