How To make Cheddar Box Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 c Lightly salted butter
1 c Dark brown sugar
3/4 c Sugar
3/4 ts Vanilla
2 Eggs
2 c Flour
1/2 ts Salt
1 ts Baking soda
1 1/2 c Coarsely chopped; toasted
-pecans 3 c Semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Toast pecans for 3-5 minutes. Cream butter, sugar and vanilla. Mix well. Add eggs, flour, salt and baking soda. Mix. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips. Use 1/4 cup measure and drop batter onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Cool on the cookie sheet. Makes 29 cookies. -----

These delicious, fluffy cream cheese cookies MELT in your mouth and have the most delightful flavor; perfectly sweet with a nice tang from the cream cheese and a hint of vanilla.

These cookies are SO good! I've actually been making them quite a bit and leavning them on friend's doorsteps as little cookie care packages. They're a must make recipe.

Bisquick Cheddar Garlic Biscuits
BISQUICK CHEDDAR GARLIC BISCUITS
This biscuits are very comparable to Red Lobsters and really only take a few minutes to make!
RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups Bisquick baking mix
3/4 cup milk
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Topping:
2 Tbsp. salted butter
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
In a small bowl add the Bisquick, milk, garlic powder and cheese. Mix until well combined.
Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray or line with parchment paper. Scoop the dough onto the baking sheet, I used a small ice cream scoop. Makes about 9 biscuits.
Place in the oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Melt the butter and add the garlic powder to it. Brush the garlic butter over the warm biscuits. Best if served immediately.

Cook with me! Chicken bake topped w/ cheddar bay biscuits & bourbon pecan chocolate chunk cookies :)
Oh hai! This episode I'm cooking my classic comfort food, a chicken bake. What I love most about chicken bakes, is how versatile they are! You can use turkey or ground beef, if your vegetarian i'm sure there's a meat sub you can use or just load it up with veggie! There are so many variations you can use to prepare this and honestly, it comes out yummy almost always. That cookie was my most adventurous treat yet! I was so nervous about baking something that I had such high hopes for and I was not at all disappointed.
Stuff you need for the chicken bake:
*cubed cooked and browned chicken or you can use Rotisserie chicken to save time.
*frozen veggies or fresh veggies, they'll be cooking in the sauce either way. You can add both, i like to!
*1 box of Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits- I've even used generic garlic cheddar biscuits from the 99 cent store and it works great and refrigerator biscuits work well in a pinch!
*1 can of cream of chicken and 1 can of cream of mushroom. Don't like mushrooms? use 2 cans of cream of chicken or add a cream of celery. I lucked out and found cream of chicken with herbs and cream of mushroom with roasted garlic. Those were so flavorful I only added pepper to taste.
*Shredded cheese - I used some cheddar and a little bit of shredded triple cheddar. You'll need some for the biscuits and to make a light layer on top of the chicken bake below the biscuits.
*Optional- Get crazy! I added cooked bacon to this one, but i change it up all of the time. It's your chance to think outside the box, add french fried onions or jalapenos.
