How To make Chocolate Nut Chip Cookies
1 2/3 c All-purpose flour
2/3 c Cocoa
1 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
1 c Crisco shortening
3/4 c Lightly-packed brown sugar
1/2 c Granulated sugar
1 Egg
2 tb Water or milk
2 ts Pure vanilla
2 c White chocolate chips
1 1/2 c Coarsely chopped nuts *
* (pecans, walnuts, almonds or hazelnuts) 1. Preheat oven to 375F (190C).
2. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Mix well.
3. Cream shortening, sugars, egg, water and vanilla in
large bowl on medium speed of electric mixer until light and creamy. 4. Add dry ingredients on low speed, mixing just until
blended. 5. Stir in white chocolate chips and nuts.
6. Drop dough by spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet,
leaving room between cookies for spreading. 7. Bake at 375F (190C) for 7-9 minutes.
8. Cookies will still appear soft and moist when baked but
firm-up on cooling. 9. Cool slightly, then remove to cooling rack. Makes:

These delicious white chocolate macadamia nut cookies have a wonderful play of textures thanks to those buttery, crunchy nuts, melt-in-your-mouth white chocolate, and the soft, chewy cookie base.

Brown Butter Pecan Chocolate Chip Cookies

Things you will need
sheet pan or cookie sheet
parchment paper ( not wax paper )
Saran Wrap
measuring spoons and cups
1 large bowl
1 ice cream scooper
medium pot
whisk
rubber spatcular
Preheat oven to 350
INGREDIENTS:
2 sticks butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 tbs vanilla extract ( imitation vanilla is fine )
1 teaspoon kosher salt or table salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 teaspoon cornstarch
-2 cups all purpose flour plus two tablespoons
-1 1/2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips ( you canadd chocolate chunks if you want, plus more for topping )
-1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts ( plus more for topping )
* 1 ice cream scooper *
Note* if you decided to use a smaller scooper instead of the 2 1/4 scooper like I did .. please adjust cooking time. Bake cookies for 8 mins instead. * Please understand that the cookies will seem a bit under cooked once removed from the oven, but dont be alarmed they will Harden as they cool *
* Please cook larger cookies for 9-10 mins (same size as cookies in v video *
*
*if using a mini scooper bake cookies for 6-7 mins *
* you can also freeze this cookie dough to use at a later time *
Easy CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE Recipe | Crisp Outside, Soft & Chewy Inside
CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE
✔️Ingredients
1/2 cup unsalted butter(softened) [115 grams]
1/2 cup brown sugar [100 grams]
1/2 cup white sugar [100 grams]
1 whole egg (large) [60 grams]
1 & 1/4 cups all purpose flour [168 grams]
1 tbsp cornstarch [8 grams]
1/2 tsp baking soda [0.7 gram]
1/4 tsp salt [1.5 gram]
1 cup chocolate chips [150 grams]

1. Cornstarch helps the cookie to have its soft & chewy interior. You may skip this if preferred.
2. Skip the salt if using salted butter.
3. Butter is softened.
4. Chilling the dough helps the cookie to hold its shape when baked.
5. The recipe yields 18 pieces. (approx. 40-45 grams each when baked)
Bake in a preheated oven @ 170 C or 350 F for 14-16 mins.
⁉️Baking temp. & time may vary on the type of oven. Alter accordingly.
I used conventional oven with bottom heat only.
