BAKING INSTRUCTIONS:

▪️ Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes on a wire cooling rack before removing and serving.

For all my broke b*tches who can't afford the Starbucks egg bites, this recipe makes for 14 egg bites that are high protein, healthy,, pretty low calorie, and tasty.
For the base:
-1.5c cottage cheese
-3 eggs
-3 egg whites
Toppings
-Sauteed veggies
-Cheese
Put in air fryer for 20 min at 350, or in oven (I preferred them in oven).

Making Starbucks Bacon & Gruyère Egg Bites...A Little Better
So I know starbucks egg bites are suppose to be sous vide, but instead we're going to cook them in a water bath. All we're gonna do is boil some water, add it to a pan and place in the oven. This will create steam and ensure a more even cooking. After that we can preheat the oven to 300° and then get everything prepared. Hope you guys enjoy this easy recipe and give it a try. They turn out delicious every time! All ingredients will be listed below, and thanks for watching!
Ingredients:
6 slices of bacon
5 eggs
1/2 cup of gruyère cheese
4 tablespoons of cottage cheese
1/2 teaspoon of salt

Hiya, kittens! Come bake with me and my weirdo cat! ???? These Weight Watchers pumpkin chocolate chip muffins turned out delicious! Trying to survive a diet combined with intense period cravings (especially for chocolate) can be a struggle, but these were a Godsend! I will link the recipe for the original recipe below (original recipe is 5 points per muffin). I substituted Splenda sweetener for half of the sugar, so mine were 4 points a piece or 2 points for mini muffins (Blue Plan).
