How To make Carrott Quiche
For the dough: 9 oz Flour
1 Egg
5 oz Butter
1 pn Salt
18 oz Dry beans for baking only
For The Filling: 22 oz Carotts,young, fresh
1/2 c Meatbroth, instant
1/2 bn Parsley,chopped
9 oz Whip cream
8 oz Grated Cheese(Edamer)
Salt, pepper 1 t Coriander, ground
4 Thin slices Canadian Bacon
1 .Take the flour, egg, butter, salt and 1-2
tablespoons water and knead a dough out of it. Let cool in the fridge for 60 minutes. 2.Peel, wash and cut 6 of them lenghtwise in half, the
rest cut into thin slices. Cook in the broth for 6-8 minutes, drain in a colander and let cool. 3. Roll out the dough, round to fit the quiche
pan.Press the rim down good. Prick the bottome with a fork many times, cover with a piece of waxpaper and fill in the beans. Bake in preheated oven at 220 deg. for 10 minutes, take the beans and waxpaper out and put the carrot slices in the bottom of pan. Put the halved carrotts on top like a star. 4. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon parsley all over.
5. Mix eggs, pepper, salt, coriander, cheese and cream
together and add. 6. Cut the bacon and form into rolls, put between
carrot star. 7. Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees C 20 - 25
minutes. 8. Sprinkle the leftover parsley all over and serve

Vegetable quiche
20X30cm (8/12 inch) size pan or 22cm (8.5) diameter pan.
Ingredients:
2 carrots
1 potato
A glass of broccoli
1 onion
2 green onions
4 eggs (L size)
2 tablespoons olive oil
120g (1/2 cup) sour cream
50g (2/3 cup) mozzarella cheese
Salt and black pepper (about 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper)
140g (1 cup) all purpose flour
10g (2 teaspoons) baking powder
preparation method:
1. Rinse the vegetables well and cut into small cubes.
2. In a large bowl, place eggs, olive oil, cheese, salt and pepper and mix well.
3. Add flour and baking powder and mix until all the flour is assimilated into the mixture.
4. Add all the vegetables and mix gently.
5. Transfer to a pan, and bake in a pre-heated oven at 355f (180c) degrees for 40-50 minutes. The pie is ready when golden and stable.
6. Allow the quiche to cool completely, and only then cut.
Note:
You can replace the vegetables with other vegetables that you like or prefer.

-200 g flour
-4 tbsp oil
-1/2 tsp salt
-8 tbsp water
-1 tsp baking powder
For the filling:
-1 bunch carrot tops (carrot leaves)
-3 tbsp sour cream
-3 large eggs
-80-100 g grated cheese
-salt and pepper to taste

Zucchini carrot quiche
hello to all, today recipescooking.com presents the following recipe: Quiche carrot zucchini
Here is the recipe in detail:
For 6 persons
TOTAL TIME: 50 mins
Preparation: 10 mins
Cooking: 40 mins
Ingredients :
1 shortcrust pastry
1 zucchini
1 large carrot
2 eggs
20 cl fresh cream
a few basil leaves
Olive oil
Salt
Ground pepper
Step 1: Peel the carrot and wash the zucchini. Grate them or cut them into brunoise.
Chop the basil.
Step 2: In a non-stick sauté pan, heat 2 tbsp. tablespoon olive oil.
Add the vegetables and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring regularly.
Step 3: Preheat your oven to 190°C (th. 6-7). In a bowl, beat the eggs into an omelette.
Pour the fresh cream and add the basil. Add salt and pepper. Mix well.
Step 4: Unroll the dough in a pie pan. Bake blind for 5 minutes.
Prick the bottom of the pie and add the vegetables.
Step 5: Pour the egg mixture and bake again for about 20 minutes.
Tip: For an even more gourmet recipe, add bacon or goat cheese to the recipe.
