This Chicken and potato meal is a must try
Chicken and potato pottage:
(serves 4)
* 12 chicken wings(drums and flats)
* ½ teaspoon each of
* salt
* Crushed Bouillon(knorr chicken or maggi)
* Paprika
* Garlic powder
* Onion powder
* Pepper
* Few spring of fresh thyme or 1 tsp dried
* 4 medium Irish potatoes/russet potatoes
* 2 ½ cup of water
* Extra ½ teaspoon of salt
For the vegetable stir fry:
* 2 tablespoons of butter
* 1 small onion (chopped)
* 3-4 cloves of garlic(minced)
* 2 scotch bonnet pepper(chopped)
* 2 carrots
* 1 green bell pepper
* 1 red bell pepper
* Seasoned vegetable stir fry with:
* ½ teaspoon each of salt, chicken bouillon and pepper
* Slurry:
* 1 tablespoon of cornstarch

Chicken is my favourite meat to cook with, as it's so versatile! I know that cooking with apricots can seem a little bit odd, but trust me when I say that they add so much flavour to this wonderful casserole. The perfect winter warmer, this recipe is sure to impress everyone in your home!
To follow along you will need:
Pre heated oven to Gas Mark 5/ 190c/ 170c Fan
Large frying pan
Oven proof casserole dish with lid
Chopping boards
Sharp knife
Scissors (opt)
1 desert spoon olive oil
4 chicken breasts (cut into 8-10 pieces)
1 onion (chopped finely)
2 tablespoons plain flour
500ml chicken stock
1 orange (zest and juice)
12 apricots (dried or semi-dry) snipped in half
50g sultanas/ raisins (optional)
Salt and pepper for seasoning
