1 T Olive oil
1 ea Pimentoes, small can
2 ea Onions, chopped
2 ea Cans tomatoes, 12 oz.
1 T Worchesterchire
Simmer shredded meat with above sauce, add 1/2 t thyme, 1/4 t pepper, 3 bay leaves, 1 t oregano, 1 t worchesterchire, 1/2 t cumin, salt to
taste. Good Venezuelan Mechada sauce.

cream 150ml
lemon juice 1 tbsp
milk 2-3 tbsp
Salad:
Red cabbage 1/2 cup
lettuce
Carrot julianne 1/2 cup
boiled Corn 1/2 cup
Onion chopped 1/2 cup
Pickled red jalapenos (Optional)
lemon juice 1 tbsp
salt 1/2 tsp
black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Tortilla
mozzarella & cheddar cheese grated
butter as required

Anímate a preparar esta Carne Mechada y has que tu plato principal llegue a un nuevo nivel. Sigue nuestra receta usando los condimentos Edra y cuéntanos: ¿Cuál sería tu acompañamiento?
Ingredientes:
- 1k de pollo ganso
- 1 bolsa de Callampas Deshidratadas EDRA
- 1/2 pimentón rojo cortada en bastones gruesos
- 2 dientes de Ajo pelado y laminados
- 2 zanahorias peladas y cortadas en bastones gruesos
- 1 vara de Apio cortada en bastones gruesos
- 3cdas de Aceite oliva
- 1 cebolla en pluma
- 1/2 taza Pimentón picado
- 1/2 taza Zanahoria picada
- 1/2 taza Apio picado
- 1/2 taza Vino tinto
- 2cdas Orégano Entero EDRA
- 1cda Ají Color Polvo EDRA
- 1/2 cda. Ajo en Polvo EDRA
- 1cdta Pimienta Negra Entera EDRA
- 2cdas de Sal
- 4 taza Agua fría o Caldo verduras
Preparación:
- Hidratar las Callampas Deshidratadas Edra con suficiente agua hervida por 30 minutos
- Mechar la carne, haciendo orificios profundos con un cuchillo, e introducir en ellos los bastones de pimentón, apio, zanahoria y ajo laminado
- Dividir el trozo de carne en 2 para que sea más fácil de manipular en la olla
- Reservar
- En una olla con un chorro de aceite caliente, sellar la carne por todos lados
- Retirar de la olla y reservar
- En la misma olla agregar 1 cebolla en pluma, 1/2 taza de pimentón picado, 1/2 taza de zanahoria picada y 1/2 taza de apio picado
- Sofreír unos minutos
- Luego agregar la carne, Callampas Hidradatas picadas junto a su líquido y vino tinto
- Condimentar con Orégano Entero, Ají Color Polvo, Ajo en Polvo, Pimienta Negra Entera Edra y sal
- Agregar 4 tazas de agua y cocinar tapado a fuego bajo por 2 a 3 horas. Ir agregando agua para que no se seque
- Retirar la carne de la olla y esperar a que enfríe un poco antes de cortar
- Chequear la consistencia de la salsa
- Para espesar, disolver 1 cdta. de maicena en 1/3 de agua fría y luego agregar a la salsa
- Si por el contrario, quieres que quede más líquida, agrega agua hervida
- Servir la carne bañada en su salsa y acompañado con arroz blanco.

How can a beef dish possibly be this tender and full of flavor?
INGREDIENTS
•1 lb round beef roast
•2 red bell peppers
•2 onions
•Salt
LET'S GET COOKING...
1.Cut the roast into about 6 smaller pieces. Cut 1 red bell pepper and 1 onion into chunks.
2.Fill a sauce pot with water and set it to boil. Add bell pepper, onions, salt and beef roast. Cook for 25 minutes, then remove roast and let cool a little bit before shredding.
3.Dice the remaining bell pepper and onion. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add some olive oil. Add diced bell pepper, onion and salt and cook until onion is transparent.
4.Add the shredded beef and stir, then let cook for about 5 minutes.
5.Serve with white rice and fried bananas.
