1 15oz can black beans,
Drained 1 15oz can tomatoes, drained
1 c Frozen corn
1 1/2 c Canned or fresh pineapple
Chunks (more or less) 1/2 t Ginger
1 2 teaspoons (to your taste)
Curry powder Save some of the drained tomato or pineapple juice in case it gets too thick during heating. Heat it all up in a saucepan and serve over rice or pasta. You’re going to need:
5 - 6 Tablespoons of Tomato sauce
1 Can of Red kidney beans
3 - 4 8-inch tortilla wraps
1 Spring onion
3 - 4 Tablespoons of Water
Cooked shredded chicken pieces
A pinch of Salt
1/2 Tablespoon of Mixed herbs
1/2 Tablespoon of Cajun seasoning
Cheese topping of your choice
1 - 2 Tablespoon of Sweet chilli/Brown sauce/Ketchup
