How To make Caramel Apple Cheesecake2
CRUST:
1 1/2 c Graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c Sugar
1/4 c Butter or margarine, melted
FILLING:
1 lb Caramels
1 cn Evaporated milk
1 c Pecans
16 oz Cream cheese,softened
1/2 c Sugar
2 Eggs
1 1/2 c Golden delicious apples,chop
1 tb Flour
1/2 ts Cinnamon
Preheat oven of 350 F. Combine graham cracker crumgs. 1/4 cup sugar and butter, press onto sides and bottom
of a 9" springform pan. Unwrap caramels; place in a 2-qt heavy saucepan. Add evaporated milk. Melt
caramels over low heat, stirring until smooth. reserve 1/2 cup melted caramel mixture. Pour remaining caramel
mixture over crust in pan. Sprinkle half of the chopped pecans over caramel in crust. Beat cream cheee and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating until smooth after each addition. Toss together 1 cup chopped apple, flour and cinnamon, fold into cream cheese mixutre. Spoon cream cheese mixture over caramel crust. Bake 40 minutes. Combine reserved caramel and remaining 1/2 cup chopped apples. Spread over cheesecake, sprinkle with remaining pecans. Continue baking 15 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan. Chill before serving. Refrigerate unused portion. Makes 12 servings!!!

Mini Apple Pie Cheesecakes!
Ingredients: (Makes 16-18!)
Crust:
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3/4 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup, 1 stick butter, melted
Cheesecake:
2- 8 oz. packages of cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp corn starch
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Crisp Topping:
2 tbsp butter, melted
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 large or medium apples or 3 small apples skinned, cored, and finely chopped
caramel sauce or ice cream, optional
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line your muffin tins with cupcake liners.
2. Combine the graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, melted butter, and rolled oats and stir to combine.
3. Divide that evenly into your muffin tins and press down with either your fingers or a spoon and bake for 5 minutes.
4. In a large bowl combine the cream cheese, both sugars, corn starch, vanilla, and cinnamon with an electric mixer until smooth and combined.
5. Divide the mixture on top of each of your crusts and smooth out with a spoon.
6. Divide the apples op top of the cheesecake layer.
7. Make the crisp topping by mixed all the ingredients together until combined and then sprinkle it on top of the apple layer.
8. Bake 25-30 minutes.
9. Cool 15 minutes and put into the refrigerator over night or at least 3 hours.
10. Top with ice cream or caramel or just eat them plain! They are that good!!!

EASY Mini Cheesecakes! Mini cheesecake recipe - No bake VS Baked

● Baked Easy Mini Cheesecakes:
- 400 g Philadelphia Cream Cheese ( 14 ounces )
- 200 g unsweetened Yogurt ( 7 ounces )
- 150 g Sugar (3/4 cup)
- 2 Eggs
- Grating of Lemon Zest
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 20 g Flour ( 2 tbsp )
Bake for 15 minutes!
● 5 minute No Bake Mini Cheesecakes:
- 400 g Philadelphia Cream Cheese ( 14 ounces )
- 200 g Heavy Cream ( 7 ounces )
- 100 g Sugar ( 1/2 cup)
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Freeze for 15 minutes, then enjoy :)
● For the cheeesecake crust:
- 80 g Digestive biscuits/graham cracker cookies ( 3 ounces)
- 30 g Melted Butter ( 2 1/2 tbsp)

Apple Crumble Cheesecake
This was a hassle but sooooo good! Even our neighbors wanted the recipe!
Ingredients:
Crust:
¼ cup brown sugar
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
¾ cup rolled oats
½ cup melted butter
Combine all in a medium bowl and mix well.
Then place in muffin tin, preferably with cupcake paper in them, and fill about 1/3rd of the way.
Put in the oven, 350 Degrees F, for 5 minutes and take out when finished to cool.
Cheesecake:
2 8oz package softened cream cheese
2 tbsp corn starch
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup white sugar
⅛ tsp ginger
2 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp cinnamon
Combine all in a medium bowl and mix well.
Add ontop of the crust you made, but be sure to leave room for the apple topping.
Apple Topping:
¼ cup all purpose flour
¼ cup rolled oats
¼ cup brown sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 medium to large apple, peeled cored and finely chopped
Combine all in a medium bowl and mix well.
Put on the cheesecake mixture you added to the muffin tin earlier and put in the oven, temp does not change!, for 25-30 minutes!
When done let cool and add caramel topping if you desire
