How To make Candy Bar Cookies On a Stick
1 c Peanut butter
1/2 c Margarine; or butter
1/2 c Shortening
1 1/2 c Granulated sugar
1/2 c Brown sugar; firmly packed
1 1/2 ts Baking soda
2 lg Eggs
1 ts Vanilla
2 1/4 c All purpose flour
40 Wooden sticks
40 Snickers candy bars; * see
-note Miniature size; 1-inch Or mars bars Melted chocolate; or Frosting Decorative sugars or -sprinkles * Can use 20, 1x2-inch size halved. Beat peanut butter, margarine or butter, and shortening in a large mixing bowl on high speed for 30 seconds. Add granulated sugar, brown sugar, and baking soda and beat till combined. Beat in eggs and vanilla till combined. Beat in as much of the flour as you can with the mixer on medium, scraping sides of bowl occasionally. Stir in any remaining flour with a spoon. Insert a wooden stick into each candy bar piece. Form about 2 tablespoons dough into a ball shape around each candy bar piece, making sure the candy is completely covered. If desired, roll ball in decorative candies, nuts, or colored sugar, gently pushing candies or nuts into dough. Place cookies 2 1/2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in 325~ oven for 15-20 minutes or till golden and set. Cool on cookie sheet 5 minutes. Remove cookies to a wire rack to cool completely. And I am going to start by showing you how to make homemade twix bars. A buttery easy shortbread cookie recipe topped with caramel and incased in chocolate. So sweet, chocolaty and luxurious. 1 3/4 Cup of All Purpose Flour
1/4 of a Tsp of Baking Powder
1/4 of a Tsp of Salt
1 Large Egg
1 Stick of Unsalted Butter
1/3 of a Cup of Granulated Sugar

Chocolate Chip Pecan Bars | Bar Cookie Recipe | Simple & Delicious!
Chocolate Chip Pecan Bars
Ingredients:
2 sticks salted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 1/2 cups flour
3 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup corn syrup
1 cup semi-sweet and/ or dark chocolate chips
2 cups of pecans or praline pecans, roughly chopped
2 tbs melted butter
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9 x13 pan with foil or parchment paper and let it hang over the side of the pan
Mix flour, brown sugar, and 2 sticks of butter together. Mixture will be crumbly. Press the mixture into the pan and bake until golden brown (about 25-30 mins)
Allow crust to cool
Mix all of the other ingredients together in a bowl; gently fold in chocolate chips last. Spread mixture over crust and bake for another 25-30 mins or until center is set
Let cool completely and lift the bars out of the pan (using the foil/parchment paper) and cut into small squares

Ingredients:
Nougat
1 large egg (only using the egg white)
2/3 cup of sugar (134g)
1/4 tsp of salt (1g)
1 Tbsp of water (15ml)
1/3 cup of corn syrup (110g)
Caramel nut filling
30 Kraft caramels or 3/4 cup of melted homemade caramel (248g)
1 1/2 Tbsp of cream, half and half, or whole milk (20ml)
3/4 of lightly salted roasted peanuts, or plain roasted (100g)
Chocolate coating
1 cup of milk chocolate chips (170g)
1 cup of chocolate candy coating (225g)
**Or use all of one or the other for the chocolate. Any chocolate will work. Use dark chocolate, milk, white, etc. You will need about 2 cups in total.

Medium bowl
Mixer (Stand mixer is best, but a hand mixer will work)

3 Small foil bread loaf pans
