How To make Candy Bar Butter Cookies
1 Milky way bar/2.15 oz;
-chilled 1 Snickers bar/2.15 oz;
-chilled 1/2 c Butter or margarine;
-softened 1/4 c Sugar
1 c Flour
1 Egg
1/2 ts Vanilla extract
1/8 ts Almond extract
Recipe by: Sue Klapper Preheat oven to 350~. Cut candy bars in half lengthwise, then cut each length into 9 slices. Set aside. In large bowl, beat butter or margarine until fluffy. Add sugar and beat. Stir in flour, egg and extracts. Chill 3 hours, or overnight. Roll 1 teaspoon cookie dough into ball and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Dip thumb in flour and press indentation in center of cookie. Bake 10 minutes or until cookies are just starting to brown at edges. Remove from oven and press one candy bar slice into each cookie. Bake about 2 minutes longer. Cool on rack. Source: Milwaukee Sentinel. -----

INGREDIENTS
- 120g (8 tbsp) softened butter
- 150g (¾ cup) soft brown sugar
- 150g (¾ cup) caster sugar
- 1 large egg
- 250g (1 cup) creamy smooth or chunky peanut butter
- 250g (2 cups) plain flour
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 250g (9 oz) dark chocolate chunks (I use Willie’s Cacao 72% Rio Caribe dark chocolate chef’s drops)
- Sea salt for sprinkling (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
1) Preheat your oven – 180 C / 160 C fan / 350 F / gas mark 4.
2) Grease and line a 18cm x 25cm (7in x 10in), or 20cm x 20cm (8in x 8in), baking tin with greaseproof paper.
3) In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugars until well combined.
4) Add the egg and beat again until well incorporated.
5) Add the peanut butter and beat again.
6) Stir in your flour, bicarbonate of soda, salt, and chocolate chunks until a dough forms. Try not to eat it all.
7) Use the back of a spoon, or your clean hands, to press the cookie dough into a flat layer in your lined tray.
8) Bake the tray of dough for 30 minutes. The dough should look puffed and dry on top.
9) Once baked, sprinkle over a little more sea salt and allow the tray of cookie to cool for at least 30 minutes before moving to a wire rack to cool completely.
10) Use a sharp knife to slice the baked tray of cookie into square or rectangular bars.
11) Enjoy!

1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 cup unsalted butter
1 1/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups chocolate chips or chunks
4 chocolate bars of your choice
Ice cream of your choice

- First in a large bowl add your flour
- Then add in your baking powder
- Now add in your kosher salt
- Whisk everything together
- Now in a separate bowl add your unsalted butter
- Then add in your sugar
- Also add your brown sugar
- Now mix everything with an electric handheld mixer
- And crack in your large eggs
- Followed by your vanilla
- Now mix everything with an electric handheld mixer
- Combine the contents of both bowls into one
- Now add in your chocolate chips or chunks
- And mix everything together
- Now in your greased skillet add your cookie dough
- And flatten it out evenly
- Now add on your chopped chocolate bars
- And 4 scoops of your cookie dough
- Bake in the oven at 350F for 30-35 minutes
- Now scoop on some of your favorite ice cream
- And your ultimate candy bar chocolate chip skillet cookie is now ready to eat

INGREDIENTS:
Butter 100 gm
Beat for few mins
Powder sugar 1/3 cup
Beat until creamy & fluffy consistency
All purpose flour 1/2 cup
Cocoa powder 1/4 cup
Corn flour 1/4 cup
Add gradually
Chocolate chips
Cherry
Bake in a preheated oven at 160c for 12-15 mins
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
