3 Egg whites; beaten stiff
2 tb Granulated sugar replacement
Or granulated fructose 2 ts Orange oil
1 ts Orange rind
Beat sugar replacement, orange oil and rind into the stiff egg whites. Drop onto lightly greased cookie sheets. Bake at 325 F for 8-10 minutes. Remove from pan immediately. The best healthy summer treat is my bowl of Cotton Candy smoothie, which is incredibly thick and creamy. Without the sugar, it tastes extremely sweet, just like cotton candy. It has several healthy advantages and is organically coloured with natural food.
►INGREDIENTS:
3 frozen bananas
¼ cup plant-based milk (I use coconut milk)
1 tsp pitaya powder
1 tsp butterfly pea powder
►INSTRUCTIONS:
Add ½ of the banana chunks in the blender jar.
Add 1 tsp. Pink pitaya powder with ½ of the milk.
Blend until smooth.
You can also add vanilla extract for extra flavor.
Scoop the mixture into your bowl and keep in the freezer until we blend remaining ingredients so that it doesn't lose its texture..
Now add the purple smoothie in the bowl of pink smoothie for Cotton candy presentation and add your preferred fruits on top.
